Travelling with my son. We absolutely love this place. It has the feel of a boutique gallery hotel. We are so happy with our room. Nr 5. It's spacious and has so much character. It's quiet. The service and attention to our needs is impeccable. The breakfast room is absolutely wonderful. The buffet is small but has enough variety. If you want something that's not there like freshly made scrambled eggs..not a problem just ask for it. The rooftop terrace is a sanctuary on it's own. Overlooking the Plaza and to the right the Manus theatre. Great location! Diverse food opportunities around.

I do not recommend! The beautiful photos are not comfortable rooms, one towel for both the body and face, probably the owner also dries himself at home. There is no hot drinking water, you have to go to a nearby cafe for it. My photos are attached! The tiles in the room are cracked, the window in the shower is rusty, empty plates for breakfast! But you can always beg for scrambled eggs.

The beds are so hard that you can feel the wooden slats. The WiFi goes in and out every few minutes. The shower in my room wasn't working, took them 3 days to fix it. Staff were very unwilling to spend any time communicating with me.
The only upside is the location being right on the square but there are another 15 hotels on that block if you want to be in that location

Sapevamo di andare in una struttura semplice ma questa ha sinceramente bisogno di un restauro totale. Stanze ampie ma da rinnovare completamente. Posizione fantastica di fronte al Teatro Nazionale. Diamo 3 e non 2 stelle solo per la colazione che è stata strepitosa!

The overall stay is average, nothing luxurious but you can relax and it's extremely clean, I stayed a few days and had to change hotels. The hotel's differential is the kind people who work and made the stay good and comfortable.

Fantastic location right next to the cathedral. Hotel staff were great and spoke decent English, although couldn’t really give many restaurant locations. Room was very clean although beds were not the most comfortable. Overall, great value for money and would recommend!
