Great hotel in Front of the Opera. Tolles Hotel in Manaus. Schöne helle Zimmer. Wurden mit einem Willkommen Getränk begrüßt. Ich fragte nach eine Apotheke in der Nähe . Die sehr nette Receptionistin hat mich gefragt was ich bräuchte und sie würde es von der Apotheke liefern lassen. Danke für diesen Service!! Möchte noch erwähnen den schönen Pool mit Blick auf die Oper. Wir mussten am nächsten Tag ganz früh wegfahren und wir konnten das grossartige Frühstücksbüffet genießen!

Atendimento perfeito em todos sentidos, funcionários atenciosos, restaurante perfeito, com pratos típicos da região, apresentacao fantástica, quartos limpos, café da manhã com opções prontas e também a preparar, tudo incluso. I stayed in Manaus an extra day after staying at this hotel's affiliated Amazon lodge. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were well appointed. My room had a nice view of the Opera House. There was a good selection of restaurants and craft shops in the area, and it was across the street from the Opera House. I would have liked to have had more time to explore the area.

A very well located establishment with outstanding attention to guest needs.The staff are very service focussed.Despite an English language deficit every effort was made to make a family of 6 adults feel extremely welcome and comfortable.The restaurant dinner options were first class and definitely an hotel we would all return to.

Had a lovely time at this hotel. Staff was very helpful - location was great - included breakfast was delightful. Would definitely recommend! (Directly across the street from the Opera House - be sure to take a tour!!)

Amazing Stay in Prime Location
Beautiful property with an amazing view from the squeaky clean rooftop pool. The hotel breakfast is excellent with familiar items for US/European travelers as well as local favorites to try. The fruit is amazing. We had a great view of the famed Opera House and enjoyed happy hour on the square nearby. There are a variety of restaurants and shops nearby but don't overlook the hotel restaurant and bar. We enjoyed cocktails in the lobby bar and a wonderful dinner. But all of these things were topped by the wondeful staff. Everyone was unfailingly warm and helpful.
