O hotel é limpo e com uma boa estrutura. Os funcionários são gentis e atenciosos. Destaque para um funcionário responsável pela manutenção/limpeza, no qual não sei o nome, porém foi muito gentil em me ajudar a abrir a porta do apartamento. A única ressalva é quanto ao ar condicionado que infelizmente não gela, apenas esfria o ambiente. Apesar disso, a experiência foi satisfatória. Pretendo voltar com certeza.

Péssimo. Segunda vez que me hospedo lá e sem informar eles me colocam em quarto PCD. O banheiro fica inundado pela manhã e sempre tenho que chamar a camareira para secar pois fica intransitável. Quarto com barulho da avenida e ar condicionado barulhento. Não recomendo.

Tivemos vários problemas com a tv, ar condicionado uma noite sem o ar condicionado E dever de justiça fazer o atrevimento ao Sr José Carlos o qual prontamente e rapidamente solucionou o problema no aparelho da claro que deixava a tv com falhas de sinal. Ao pedir ajuda parou o seu trabalho e veio de forma a socorrer este hóspede. E em especial atenção presteza a Pamela, que pela cortesia do atendimento e disponibilidade de fazer orientações precisa quando necessidsee minha. Sem falar da arrumadeira do quarto pelo zelo e cuidado assim como as meninas da cozinha. Muito obrigado pela presteza.

Hotel muito bom mas um pouco abaixo de outros da rede Blue Tree em que já me hospedei. Pede uma revitalizada em algumas áreas. O quarto é amplo e muito bom. Fica numa região um pouco afastada da região central da cidade mas muito boa com restaurantes e atrativos turísticos.

Os quartos são muito confortáveis. O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. O café da manhã e a área de lazer são ótimos. O único problema é a falta de flexibilidade com o horário do check out. Fora isso, foi incrível. Voltarei mais vezes!
