O hotel tira fotos do único quarto decente para enganar os hóspedes. Tudo é velho, o quarto cheira a mofo, a cortina é manchada, as toalhas vagabundas, não tem chuveiro quente e nem uma mísera mesa de cabeceira. Às vezes o barato sai caro, evitem esse hotel.

Boa localização, bom atendimento, estrutura razoáv
O atendimento é muito bom porém a estrutura do hotel precisa passar por revisões de funcionalidade, torneiras pingando, ar condicionado não funcionando direito, cheiro de mofo no apartamento . A garagem não comporta veículo de maior porte tipo pick UP.

Oferece o básico com conforto. A localização é boa, bem perto do Teatro Amazonas, é limpo, os funcionários são muito prestativos, maaas.... O hotel no geral é muito velho, café da manhã só tem o básico do básico do básico. Eu recomendo procurar outras opções. Sei que existem opções melhores e mais baratas, pelo que o pessoal me falava nos passeios. Quando estava fechando o pacote vi que tinha um hotel ao lado que estava mais barato, e quando passei em frente vi que até a recepção é mais moderna e bonita, então vale pesquisar mais

Melhorar na limpeza, melhorar os intensilos de cama e banho e cortinas melhorar a limpeza da piscina verificar o elevador que não funciona direito colocando risco pra quem usa iluminação nas escadas de emergência o que salvou o nosso período no hotel foi a localização

hotel bem antigo, custo benefício médio. a localização é boa e a equipe staff tb, mas é tudo muito velho... lençóis, toalhas, camas, mesa, cadeira... tudo velho.elevador sem funcionar direito, café da manhã inicia no horário atrasado. no final deu tudo certo pq sou do tipo de pessoa que tento reagir resolvendo, mas é isso foi médio. Dica Extra: eles só limpam o quarto se vc solicitar na recepção.
