A very resonable hotel located just out of the city centre. Refurbishments to the outside of the hotel were being carried out and the rooftop pool was unavailable. However for the price was highly impressed with the food and service. However the lifts were not the best and could seem cramped at times and without aircon inside wasnt a nice feeling with Manaus being a very hot place to visit. There was a shop inside and that came in handy for provisions and tours could be organised from here so that was great.

Hotel bom , com mobiliário novo e quarto amplo . A localização deixa um pouco a desejar por nao ser muito próximo ao centro histórico, onde se concentram bares e restaurantes! Estava em obras , com piscina interditada e academia ruim. Barulho de obra incomodou! Café da manhã razoável.

Sempre fazemos nossos eventos no intercity , sempre éramos. Bem atendidos,vimos que até o momento cada dia. Fica pior ,não temos mais o apoio isso sem falar. Do estacionamento,que agora passou a ser cobrado.atendimento péssimo ,precisei com auxílio de cadeiras e não fui atendida,atendimentos das pessoas que estão na frente simplesmente não estão nem aí,precisei de toalhas. E. Simplesmente o responsável me informou que no momento estava disponíveis. Somente aquelas e fechou a cara,fui procurar a responsável me atendeu uma mulher. O Hotel realmente é muito bom! Apenas um detalhe com relação ao café da manhã, começa às 06:00, cheguei no restaurante às 06:20, fui pedir uma tapioca o funcionário respondeu que ainda estava tomando café e que era para eu aguardar mais uns 15 minutos. Quando estava saindo, ele falou ainda para outro funcionário, “ Esse pessoal tem que entender que nós temos que tomar café, então ele que espere um pouco”. Se o café começa às 06:00 tudo tem que estar disponível no momento que abre o restaurante para o café da manhã. De resto o hotel é excelente.

Reservamos um quarto superior e pagamos antecipadamente, chegando ao hotel fomos avisados que não estava disponível. Nos colocaram num quarto inferior e não nos restituíram o valor cobrado a mais. Ficaram de fazê-lo depois do checkout mas até agora nada

O hotel é ruim. Ar Condicionado não funciona direito. Pedimos para mudar de apartamento e o pessoal da recepção nem deu atenção. Staff muito fraco no atendimento. Os móveis do banheiro se desmanchando, assim como as portas. O rejunte dos azulejos sujos. Privada entupida. Toalhas de banho finas, prontas para virar pano de chão. Quadros embolorados. Piscina indisponível. Café da manhã básico do básico e nem pareceu q os alimentos eram frescos. Para completar, não tivemos serviço de limpeza de quarto. Reclamamos e nada. Aff. 1a e última vez.
