Our experience was great thanks to Salma from reception. We got an upgrade, the breakfast was good. Everything was clean and all employees were super nice, patient and helpful.

Easily the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are incredible with views overlooking all of Bahrain. The service is top notch, exceptional accommodations, restaurants, bars, pool and gym. The staff is absolutely superb and they will help you with anything you need in or around Bahrain. I could not believe how friendly and professional their entire staff was through out our stay. 5 Stars!

Phenomenal hotel, excellent service, delicious breakfast, spacious rooms, responsive staff. I felt extremely taken care of the entire time even needed super glue last minute to fix my shoe and the staff made it happen. The trade lounge is an equally delightful experience and the bar staff are absolute culinary and mixology geniuses.

I was deeply disappointed with my recent stay. The hotel showed no attention to guest satisfaction and failed to honor a simple commitment. Overall, I didn’t feel valued as a gold member compared to other Hilton Honors properties. On the other side, the hotel is new and centrally located.

The only issue was while check in i went @ 3:30pm and the room was not ready. Instead been give a temporary room and after 1 & half an hour my room was ready.
