Hilton Bahrain

The hotel is located in the new district, avoiding the congestion of the old city. The quality of Hilton Hotel is as good as always and did not disappoint us. The sea view outside the hotel window is very pleasing to the eye. I will stay there again next time if I have the chance!

The level of facilities is quite good in Bahrain. The front desk staff is very polite and patient. The room is clean and has a good view. The swimming pool is very comfortable.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff was also very friendly. The only downside was that it was not convenient to walk to and from the hotel. Except for a row of restaurants opposite the hotel, you need to take a taxi to get anywhere else.

Hilton is a five-star hotel all over the world, but Hilton Bahrain obviously doesn't have one. The service is terrible. First of all, it is a renovation, not a new building. The elevator tap card sometimes doesn't work and there was construction at the entrance on the first day of stay. I provided the photos I took before check-out. Secondly, the service. On the second day of my stay, I received a call to rate them. I said I couldn't rate them. How could I rate them without cleaning? As a result, at 8:30 pm, a cleaner kept knocking on my door, saying that he was busy today and didn't come, and asked if I still needed cleaning. Seriously? 8:30 pm? On the third day, I went to the reception in the morning to tell them that I didn't need the room to be cleaned, and asked them not to disturb me at will. As a result, when I returned to the hotel at 5:30, can you imagine the scene of my door wide open and the cleaner cleaning? And I told them in advance that I didn't need cleaning. In short, it is a very bad experience. I will never choose Hilton Bahrain again! I have experienced two hotels in the Middle East, Hilton Bahrain and Pullman Qatar. In comparison, Pullman is very good. I called the front desk to ask them not to disturb me. Even if I didn't press "Do not disturb" on the door, they really didn't come to clean. With this comparison, Hilton Bahrain's internal communication ability is obviously poor and lacking! The only relatively good thing is its breakfast. The breakfast has more categories than Pullman and the taste is also okay.
