Best location attached to avenues mall

The environment is very good. There is a problem with the water in the room. Fortunately, there is another room available.

Great location. Attached to avenues mall. Room are new. Customer service meh. Front desk receptionist Mohammed bald faced liedthat no bay view rooms available for upgrade for Hilton golds Checked availability and bay view rooms still being sold. No coffee maker in room. Expensive for what you get. Thumbs down for the lie. Won’t stay again.

We stayed here for seven nights in a large, comfortable room with an amazing view. It was conveniently located next to the Avenues mall, although it wasn't really possible to walk anywhere else in the summer heat from here. The breakfast was extensive and tasty and the pool area was nice after the sun had gone down. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

I thank the receptionist Ms.Eftikhar for her good reception, the view is beautiful and the service is excellent and fast, but the thing that I didn't like is the room is not clean and needs more attention I found some dust and some hair inside the Drawer, I expect because the hotel was crowded and not paying attention to cleanliness and small details, I also received my luggage an hour after check-in .

My favorite hotel in Bahrain consistently makes my stays remarkable, thanks to the exceptional staff, particularly Mr. Mohamed Waqar and Mr. Ahmed Attia. They always welcome me with professionalism and ensure I have an amazing suite with a remarkable view. The reception team, led by these two, truly sets the standard for outstanding service. Mr Amit the waiter in the restaurant offer us remarkable service as usual, happy birthday hilton and big Thank for the Staff : Mr. Waqar , Mr Ahmed, Mr Kareem at the reception . And Mr Amit in the restaurant🇧🇭💚💚👏🏻

We had a wonderful experience in this Hotel, from the reservation to the reception. We were welcomed by the manager and the friendly staff in the lobby. The hotel is very modern and the design is amazing. The room was so clean and spacious. The view in the hotel was perfect, especially in our room I couldn't stop taking a photo. Plus the lovely bed set up in our room. Good job to the housekeeping team .The swan is perfect and it's really beautiful 🥰❤️. Thank you! Hope to visit again!

We had Iftar in Together&Co. last night and it was really a very disappointing experience. Food selection is very poor and the quality and taste is of low standard. Even for fresh fruit, they only have watermelon and cut mixed fruits, for the beverages, they do not even have Ramadan Juices in the menu. You even have to make your own waffle if you want some. They do not have good varieties of main courses to choose from for the price they offer, you can get better deal in other hotels better food, at the same cost. They should consider lowering their price or improving the quantity and quality of the food they serve. Even the valet fee of BD3 is a ripped off. Valet service is always available in all the hotels we go to free of charge, this is an extra service you give to your hotel guests. You should review this part. This is unbelievable. Service is good though. Thanks to Ms. Rachelle, who always check on us that night. And the view is great. However, I would NOT and do NOT recommend this place to anyone. No repeat for us in this hotel.

Had dinner during ramadan for gabgha at the hotel, the overall experience was very bad, the food was very limited and almost all dishes were cold, hardly anyone there for service, found a stone on the pasta and met the chef, the solution was just a sorry, wont recommend the place at all.

Issues with noise at this location. Loud personal speakers playing at the pool area which were ignored by passing staff. The rooms did not have good soundproofing making it hard to sleep with loud neighboring guests. The location is very nice and the breakfast buffet was good, especially the fresh squeezed orange juice.
