Well located wirg friendly helpful staff. Husein at front of house, Jane at the spa and Mary at the Persian restaurant provided exceptional service during my stay.

Extremely hospitable. Provided upgraded rooms. Lounge was nice. One of our friends got sick and Ganesh, security officer, helped us immensely; Kudos to him and all the staff in the hotel.

It is a nice hotel but for a five star environment it definitely lacks on a five star service. The personal is neihter professional nor friendly. Very disappointed aftet becoming a member....sad it has much potential but it kind a follows the way of bahrains hospitality sector. So many show a good property with low standards....

Actually I visit sheraton bahrain for a business (( American school of Bahrain event)) And to be honest I’ve seen the best organization and service ever by theme team Also I wouldn’t like to mention the vibe out there.. all the employees are welcoming and so kind Specially mr. Ganesh ( security supervisor) Much thanks for sheraton bahrain

I had high expectations of indulging in a luxurious five-star stay. Unfortunately, my welcome was overshadowed by unexpected valet parking fees and limited parking that left me searching for a space across multiple floors or paying to park under the sun.
Additionally, I had anticipated a welcoming gift from a friend, but the reception staff's refusal to accept it without prolonged persuasion was disheartening. Having stayed at various hotels in Bahrain, including those of lower star ratings, I’ve always received a level of service that was absent during this stay at a well-known hotel chain like yours.

الفندق راقي وموقعه جيد والغرفه واسعه والتفاصيل فيها جميله احببت كل جزء فيها, التعامل مع موظفين ممتاز وتلاحظ الهدوء في كل مكان في الفندق وتوجد خدمة فاليت لركن السيارات ممتازة ,بس لازم تدفع خمس دينار لمدة الاقامة كلها مرة واحدة لركن السيارة , بصراحة النقطة اللي ما عجبتني ان الفطور محدود , لا توجد اصناف عديدة وخاصة الاصناف التقليدية اللي تمثل التراث الخليجي والمطبخ البحريني ,فارجو ان يوضع في الحسبان اضافة اصناف خليجية في المرات القادمة .
