This was our first time in Manali. We were a bit apprehensive since this was a 3 star hotel. But I should admit that the hotel exceeded my expectations. In terms of location, it is located near the Hidimba temple but yet quite secluded from the rush. Do not expect it to be hotel with great facilities as it is a relatively old hotel, but they have all their basics in place. They still use the lock and key system instead of the card system, but we were ok. The rooms are clean and the staff is courteous, The best part is the food in their restaurant. It is very nice food but at the same time not very typical heavy food that one finds in North Indian restaurants/ cuisines. The only thing to avoid are the rooms near the car park. We were there for 3 nights were booked in 2 rooms near the car park. It was not an issue for us as we used to come back to the hotel only to have our dinner and would leave the hotel in the morning for sightseeing after having our breakfast. The restaurant only opens at around 8 am in the morning and hence if you want to leave early, the restaurant is able to pack a nice breakfast for you. It met all our expectations and we had a pleasant stay at Manali Heights. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those traveling with family and young kids.

Suddenly on short notice I planned my trip to Manali and while doing my bookings I got in touch with Mr. Vijay who is manager over there, he has done everything so smoothly that I was already very excited, he ensured me that he will take care of everything personally (I was in doubt but still trusted). When we reached there everything was so well organised that I was amazed - smiling faces, superb cleanliness, easy check in and perfectly settled room. Mr. Vijay was personally taking care of everything which was unbelievable. We stayed there for 4 days and his hospitality is 10/10. We highly recommend sterling to make your Manali trip memorable. Thanks Vijay and Sterling

I was looking for a hotel near mall road so i booked this hotel but my decision turned out to be a very scary experience. 1. The size of the room is very small which makes me feel very uncomfortable. 2. There is another hotel near the hotel from which the voices of other guests keep coming all night which did not allow me to sleep properly. 3. The hotel staff is not at all cooperative, i requested 3-4 times to change the room but my request was ignored. They just refused my problems and said sorry we can't change room if you have problem then please check out from the hotel. So please if you are going with your family or girlfriend then book a good hotel. Do not spoil your experience by going for a cheap hotel.

This hotel is a average budget hotel in Manali. Though, I think that the hotel is over priced. You get one night stay for around 2,500 INR. But, their building's construction is a bit old and room service & room cleaning is not exactly top notch. The staff is kind and helping. They don't have a proper uniform though but the service provided is okay. But it's not good compared to the price of the room. But there do are some good things to know too! They provide laundry service is is charged 80 INR for a pair of clothes. Which is of course cheap and good. You get your clothes back by under 1 day at the time of evening. Which is what I personally found good about this hotel. Electricity do often run out but comes back in under 5-10 minutes. Not good for this price range though. If you buy a room requesting extra bed, they'll probably provide you with a room with two separate bed rooms in it! One side of it will be a bed room with most of the facilities and other side of that will be having only queen sized bed. Though they are having a common bathroom to use. Water do often drips from the ceiling when it's raining (only in the rooms on 2nd floor). The bathroom is having a huge geyser. But you are asked to keep it ON and do not switch it off. Because once switched OFF, it'll take around 20-30 minutes to boil-up the water. Hot water will also be available in Tap. They'll charge you for the Water Bottle provided and you have to ask them for it if you need it. Balcony in the rooms are small but are available in all the rooms (except rooms available on ground floor). The balcony is small & old but gives a good view of the valley and mountains. Conclusion: Not really recommend it but is good after all. They have mainly focused on keeping the inside environment clean compared to their building. Their terrace is not having tiles or slabs! But each floor haves a place in the middle like a few couches to sit and talk if you have come with your family.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
