Room is Spacious, location , quite hard to go in and out from the hotel via car.if by walking is quite okay. Staff is good, they are accommodating. Buffet breakfast is just fine. In room dining food was good 👍

Room provided was not as mentioned in the app. the mattress and quilts quality was very poor...on registering the complain on mmt...hotel provided alternative quality room.

I was a pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff was very supportive and service was very good. Since we have reached early in the morning, they have allowed us early check-in also.

Location is great, scenic view surrounded with snowy mountains
Cons:
-Manager's behaviour was rude. We confirmed room availability of room before booking room as we needed early check-in. Got confirmation from hotel that they would let us check-in by 5 AM with extra charge. We booked hotel and paid full amount, however, before arrival we called the hotel to remind them about our check-in as discussed. The manager was so rude and said it's not his problem if the rooms are full and nobody promised us anything about early check-in. I requested repeatedly so finally they agreed to let us wait in the lobby till 11 AM (imagine sitting outside in lobby in freezing cold). We struggled to find a hotel after a tribunal in Manali as it was early morning. Luckily our taxi driver arranged us a hotel to which we paid that too just for few hours.
If they can't let guests check-in early, requesting the manager to clear it over the call before we pay full amount and hope to get a room on arrival.
-Water geyser wasn't working due to connection problem. Hotel clearly ignored it saying they would provide a bucket of hot water the next day morning. Water was chilling cold 🥶
-Most important: Toilet jet spray was broken and the management they knew it still gave us that room. It was horrible experience
Note: Property looks very beautiful, however consider the comfort over the ambiance
