Excellent service and food Atmosphere around the hotel so friendly that we feel as like as home.So nice feel to spend this hotel. Here into ground we are pleasant feeling so I want to visit next time again. We have very good service specially from Mr RB , Mr KA Somenath Mandal

Housekeeping was excellent and we really enjoyed the service of Vicky. Also we ereally liked the overall experience of hotel. Food was also good and service was excellent. Overall we really enjoyed the trip. Thanks to all the staff from the hotel.

Overall okay, experience. Bathrooms are in extremely bad condition - fungus is grown in the grouts, and the washroom gate is not lockable and remains open. And who gives a 24 inch tv in any hotel now.

Duplex is a good choice for a family of 4 as the attic was spacious. Staff was professional and were always at service. Buffet was great and had number of options to eat.
