Food ooooh my god what a taste in each dish the Sheff Bhagat Ram Ji in both shifts Vinod Ji are professional they both have amazing taste in there hands , Amit Ji from F&B department great Hospitality from these guys , amazing property with river view huge garden lush green valley view

Our stay at MASTIFF GRAND was perfect from start to finish. The room was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel truly welcome special mention to Manager Mr. Bhagat Ram ji, Amazing food by Chief Tara ji and great hosting by Mr. Rohit. The food was very delicious and key highlight is view from the balcony its beautiful river and mountain facing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch stay. We’ll definitely be back!

The hotel staffs are very helpful and courteous . We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Mastiff Grand Manali. The location of this hotel is next to River Beas with an amazing view. We will visit again. Thanks to Grand Mastiff Team, Mr. Murli at Front Desk, Mr. Amit, Mr. Bhagat at Tangelo and all staffs.

This is my first visit in Manali the mastiff grand Manali resort is one of the best property in Manali the dinner meal and breakfast meal is also delicious and amazing the restaurant staff is very helpful and food served in smiling face I recommend highly for my friends and relatives come to Manali and visit in mastiff grand Manali

Very good hotel with all required amenities including gym, chess and carrom board. Loved the karoake in evening. My kids really enjoyed everything. Staff is very nice and cooperative. Special mention of Staff members - Bhagat, Amit and reception staff.

Wonderful experience super staff overall splendid one. Employee are well versed with their work and always accommodating request asked. The Leadership for the hotel is in right hands and doing their work very efficiently. Kudos to Team Mastiff Grand Manali!! Will again come and stay here whenever plan for Manali!!

This was my second stay at this beautiful property, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. I truly believe this is the best riverside property in Manali — the views are simply breathtaking and the overall ambiance is unmatched. The entire staff is extremely courteous and always ready to help, which adds to the overall comfort of the stay. A special mention to Mr. Bhagat Ram from the kitchen, who is exceptionally kind and always ensures that meals are served with warmth and care. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. Another big plus is the ample parking space, which is a great convenience in a place like Manali. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful and memorable stay by the riverside!
