When I entered the room the room was not cleaned.The bed sheet was torn there was no proper service.When I ordered the food it was 3 hours late.The charging point was not working.The bathroom was very dirty they also theft money from my friend's purse when we were out of the hotel

Hotel room was large, water availability was fine but tv was not working. Terrace & the pug was very beautiful. Owner & staff behaviour was also good & cooperative. Food is moderate and little bit over priced, i think. Car parking area is not adequate as because of construction nearby. Also, very near from manali meal rd.

The rooms are spacious and beautiful, and offer a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The beds are comfortable and the linens are clean, making for a relaxing and restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of town hill homestay is the delicious and healthy homemade food served. In addition to the cozy rooms and delicious food, the host also helped to provide best cab service for roaming around the city. Overall, town hill homestay offers a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and natural beauty. It is the ideal place to unwind and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life. Services are good, rooms are also cozy, but they have very few rooms which have good views. Also they have a terrace view which is also good. If someone opt to stay here look for family suites which is on the top with balcony. No other rooms (deluxe and super deluxe) have balcony. This is not mentioned while booking rooms as in pictures, all rooms are shown with balcony Even-though we booked super delux room with valley view but we got side building view which was not good.
