I booked this hotel by looking at *********** review which is whooping 8.3 starts. All the reviews was positive and I was fool enough to not to look for any other review on google. I booked deluxe room from *********** and but guy at reception forced me to take budget hotel as they already gave my rooms to someone else to earn extra money as i went there in peak season, then they apologized and told me to shift to another property that never happened. I don't expect luxury stay at 2500/- in December peak season but trust me guys, It was a nightmare. I went there with my family and my family literally bashed me for booking this crap and due to incessant rain we couldn't look for another property neither the manager supported us. For every essential items they had just one Answer " It is a peak season". I forgot to click pictures of the room as i was in a hurry to leave that mess. Coming to the exact issues: 1. There is no power backup, in total 3Nights stay, there was a power cut for approx 24hrs. 2. No clean water to drink 3. No heater 4. Zero hygiene- They didn't clean the room even once 5. No clean bedsheets 6. Room was full of diesel smoke as windows was not completely shut and my rooms was adjacent to parking 7. No electric kettle 8. No room service

This hotel was supposed to be four star and we had booked two deluxe rooms with a Mountain View. When we arrived everywhere was absolute filthy, floors, windows (which were cracked). It was dark and the receptionist did not speak English. We went to the rooms which were adjoined with a terrible bathroom, no shower and poo in the toilet, also filthy. There were no views. My bed had been slept in and the whole experience was absolutely terrible. The electrics sockets were broken and taped up with black tape and were hanging. We called our driver back and left as soon as possible. This hotel has been completely misrepresented on *********** and I would not recommend it to anyone. It does not even deserve one star. Please take it off the site.

Worst Hotel and Worst experience. All are the reviews are fake. if you are planning for stay in manali , so please it's my advice to you please book anywhere but didn't choose this hotel.I experienced worst management there. I have booked this hotel through *********** ( they mentioned there site you have to pay at hotel) and i will be there at apx 8:00 AM so the receptionist told me to wait for 12:00 -1:00 Pm bcz our check in time is 12:00. You can imagine i were traveling whole night and they told me to wait. So We do same but after 12:00 PM receptionist told me that we don't have your booking bcz we don't give room without prior payment . You have to cancel your booking and book directly at the hotel.We didn't have any choice so we do same and took room but the room was so dirty and smelling very bad. They didn't provide any kind of amenities even though hot water, and they are claiming that they provide many amenities in the website. They cheated us.
