The takur residency is good ...food is ok ..the mountain view is so beautiful..but there is no lift that's the only drawback in the hotel ..simply it's budget friendly hotel to book

Overall i would say good service. They Provided breakfast and dinner which was okay and it is near Hadimba temple and mall road so location is also plus point.

Booking through makemytrip was simple, and good rooms were available at very attractive prices. It was a very good experience staying at thakur hotel in manali. The hotel room was neat and clean, and the staff and property owners were friendly and polite. The stay at the hotel was pleasant, and i would love to visit again.

The hotel overbooks and doesn’t have rooms to provide. Provided us with a used dirty room for a few hours then asked us to shift to another hotel. There was power outage throughout the stay and there was no hot water as well.

I asked for an extra quilt as temperature was in minus, they denied & sent this dirty blanket. I asked for room heater but they asked for 300 extra charges

The hygiene standards were impeccable. The room was spotless and well-equipped with all the amenities one could need, such as a geyser, and comfortable bedding. Every detail, from clean towels to neatly arranged cushions, showcased their commitment to guest comfort. The food deserves special mention. I had booked my stay with breakfast included, and the variety, quality, and taste of the meals were remarkable. The food was far superior to what is typically available in the local market, both in taste and value. I strongly recommend future guests to consider booking their lunch or dinner in advance at the hotel to enjoy the delicious offerings at a reasonable price.
