Good hotel The facilities were very good But the water fell from the ceiling, so I switched to another room! Good service

everything good but noise of poolside wedding party is too.huge.that disturbed all tenants. can you put a little control to the volume. it makes the hotel like disco and inside the room and dining facilities and in lobby we are hear the beats from the pool!!

This hotel is quite dated and it was disappointing to see that the hotel wanted to charge guests for water in the room. Also, the sink and bathroom in the room were not properly maintained. However, the breakfast was good.

The room is too small, the facilities are very simple, breakfast is OK, a meal does not matter. The front desk clerk enthusiastically asked me to call with my mobile phone.

Very close to Lake Malagua, there is a shopping mall at the entrance of the hotel for shopping, and there is a Chinese food opened by a Taiwanese at the door. I haven't eaten it, at least I can solve the problem of eating without going too far.

This hotel is across the street from the hotel and has a 24 hour shuttle service. They are very prompt in their replies via WhatsApp. The bed is comfy, room is clean and the wifi is fast enough for online video calls. One con is I never could get the hot water to work in the shower but I live in Nicaragua so I’m used to cold showers lol. The staff is friendly and the breakfast has good, local options.

This hotel is in a small plaza with a Casa del Café and a restaurant very close to Galerías Santo Domingo. The rooms are very large, very good internet, a pool and gym. Breakfast is good and has all kinds of choices. To the airport it took 30 minutes.
