What a superb hotel
Unbelievable value on half board basis. The buffet at breakfast and evening was of high quality with a large range of options. The staff are excellent. Room was side sea view and was good size and well maintained. I cannot fault any aspect of the hotel. It is within a few feet of a beach and good transport links to places of interest

Hôtel très bien situé mais avis mitigé
Séjour de 5 nuits en famille (nous avions réservé 3 chambres). Si l'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé sur la plage, la vue depuis certains balcons de chambres "vue partielle sur mer" est très décevante (vous devez vraiment vous pencher au-dessus des garde-corps), contrairement à ce que montrent les photos sur le site. Hôtel très bruyant toute la nuit (des cris dans les couloirs, les pas des personnes) mais aussi dans l'environnement de la piscine en journée. Qualité correcte des repas et personnel sympathique et très souriant. Qualité des cocktails pas au top (différence de qualité entre cocktails all inclusive et payants) et service bar très lent. Bar de la piscine fermé le weekend et donc pas de surveillance piscine. Seulement 2 ascenseurs dont un très petit pour plus de 150 chambres. Wifi très lent. Vous devez payer pour réserver un transat en bord de piscine ainsi que pour les serviettes de piscine/plage.

Great location, aircon and soundproofing needed
The hotel is in a great location, we chose B & B rather than all inclusive and the breakfasts were good, always plenty of choice.
The staff were lovely. The pool is small which could cause a problem in peak season but it was fine while we were there.
The two issues we had were;
1. Aircon- outside of peak season there is no aircon in the rooms. The staff said it was because people complained it was too cold and it wasn’t needed. It was 25° during the day, aircon would be nice.
2. Soundproofing, or rather the lack of it. You could hear every sound from the corridor and other rooms, this was especially a problem when you had people getting up at 6 or 7am (a lot of the guests were older and most seemed to be early risers) doors slamming, showers running, etc.
