Lack fruits and variety of desert during dinner buffet. Pasta is good and other dishes.

Excellent service

Very nice staff. Even allowed me to play the piano. Hut the piano was out of tune haha! Regardless, enjoyed our stay with friends.

Service is excellent! Room is clean and spacious. The staff are very accommodating. Bed could be a bit softer.

Nice and good room

Beautiful environment, clean and sanitary, and thoughtful service!

The room is clean, there are disposable supplies, the room has a bit of a damp smell, but the rest is okay. Breakfast has few choices, but is filling. The best thing is that there is a free shuttle service from nearby parks. If you need to go to any nearby company, a car will be there at any time. There are supermarkets and outlet stores just a few minutes away, making shopping convenient.

The environment is very quiet

The hotel is pretty much perfect! Expectations were met. I particularly liked the hospitality offered by the staff. They were not intrusive but always on hand to assist when needed. The pool is a great feature as it’s just the right depth. The room was spacious and comfortable. The airconditioning worked very well.

We reached this hotel by car from a Paranaque, Metro Manila hotel in 84 minutes on a rainy weekday at an offpeak time. Travelling by bus or from other areas of Metro Manila, or at busier times, would take longer. This is a very different Holiday Inn as unlike most, Lima Park has extensive banqueting and convention facilitites. It also apparently frequently hosts wedding receptions. Check in was instant. Our delightful room was spacious and had two Queen beds along with a roomy wardrobe that had bathrobes, a safety deposit box and slippers. There was a good desk lit by a lamp plus a TV that had a large range of channels including English speaking ones. The room overall had good lighting, extremely effective airconditioning and properly working WiFi. The Queen bed was fairly hard due to Asians' preference but I slept well. Tea, coffee and drinking water were supplied. The shower over bath was complemented by effective Soak shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bath towels were just that: an excellent size. A lunch at its Plum restaurant was excellent with the BBQ pork a standout. Service from supervisor Ruth and manager George was unobtrusive but great. Since a previous visit about five years ago, the hotel gardens have further improved as you cannot now see the fence. There is a gym and a terrific large pool with a separate children's pool. As on only one of our days was it sunny, I did not use the pool as tge water was cold. About five minutes' walk from the hotel is the near new Lipa outlet centre with an excellent Robinsons supermarket and a wide range of dining experiences plus clothing and other shops such as H&M and even a PowerMac shop. All the major banks are represented, so easy to withdraw cash. General Manager Marisol plus her boss Mr Bong were very pleasant. I noted how drivers Allan and Noel interacted seamlessly with other guests such as those attending a shooters' tournament. As one example of the great hotel service, laundry left late afternoon was delivered to our room by 1400 hours the next day. This hotel delivers good service and has pleasing rooms plus an excellent pool. It makes for a very good staycation for Metro Manila residents.

First time at Batangas with my family and stayed at Holiday Inn for overnight , warm welcome at the lobby and check in smoothly and gave us 2 rooms which is close to each other. The room is clean and the bed is so comfy. The Outlet shop and different restaurants near by . The hotel doormens are so polite and helpful, help us to take our family pictures . Definitely will come back for more days of stay because we love Batangas… Thank you Holiday Inn staff for our comfortable stayed.

Rooms is excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant meals (breakfast) only three main meals available, but the food was very good. The coffee at the lobby was EXCELLENT, WOW AND LOVE IT. Offers free shuttle to outlet stores. Enjoyed my stay
