Spent 5 days in this wonderful hotel. In this hotel we met the kindest, friendliest and most helpful people in Greece - the owner of the hotel and her family. We were greeted very hospitably with a wide smile and it was a great start to a good holiday in Crete. Considering that we had just barely gotten out of Santorini, because another ferry workers’ strike had started and we were very nervous about the whole situation and confusion.
Many thanks to the hotel owner for her daily cordiality, good mood and positivity.
The hotel is very good, located on one of the noisy streets of the city, but a little away from the noise itself, i.e. it was comfortable to sleep.
Breakfast and dinner are quite good, special thanks for them.
There are parking spaces nearby (behind the building opposite the hotel exit).
The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. The beds are comfortable.
There is a sea nearby, about 15 minutes on foot.
We did not regret at all that we chose this hotel for our holiday in Crete.

The hotel itself is pretty good, clean with tasty food offered. Very nice and extremely friendly staff. Special thanks to the manager Christina, without her efforts our stay would’ve been totally ruined because of trip.com’s partial incompetence. The description was incorrect:
1. “Adults only” says the name, which, in fact, isn’t at all. There were couple of incidents with some children staying at Dionyssos in addition to the crying baby on our floor.
2. Trip.com failed to pass my request regarding the view, according to the first room we were offered and the hotel’s manager. The room was with no view, as you can see in the picture.
3. Pictures! For some reason the description contained exterior photos from a different hotel! Which was found out only after checking in. 🤦🏼♀️ In reality the small pool is not secluded, every passing by stranger can observe you, as the see-through-fence is the only separation between you and the road next to the hotel.

Ambiente accogliente, atmosfera famigliare. Una piscina sempre pulita, così come le attrezzature attorno alla piscina stessa. Ogni giorno riassettano le stanze, con cambio di asciugamani vari. Colazione self-service internazionale, salato o dolce. Cena anch'essa self-service, con una discreta scelta. L'hotel è situato praticamente nel cuore pulsante di Malia; è li che verso sera, si concentra la vita serale e notturna di Malia. In quella zona sono concentrati vari locali per i giovani. Alcuni con musica all'aperto fino alle 4 del mattino. Unico aspetto non ideale per chi a quelle ore notturne vorrebbe dormire. Un saluto a tutto lo staff di Dionisoss.

Great reception! Tina, in particular, was incredibly helpful and friendly—she helped with everything immediately and always had a smile on her face. Despite its proximity to the party district, the hotel was pleasantly quiet, making it a great place to relax. All around, great service and a comfortable atmosphere—I'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. I'd especially like to mention Tina at the reception desk – she was incredibly friendly and helpful at all times, and her tips really made our vacation easier and more enjoyable.
