This was really not a nice experience. The staff is nice until you point something out that is wrong. The room was not clean, with trash behind the sink… The towels they gave us were absolutely disgusting. The AC broke 3 times in the middle of July and when we came to ask them they were pretty rude. Our bed sheets had stains on them. The restaurant is nice. Overall if you have other options I would not recommend this hotel.

Great place right in the centre of all the pubs and clubs, so maybe not for retirees. Bars, clubs, pubs, food, quad and motorcycle hire all outside. The beach is 10 minutes stroll away. Get there early to get a bed with an umbrella. The pool at the hotel is great anyway.

Excellent hotel in a strategic location close to the bus stop and the centre of Malia with restaurants and supermarket. The room is spacious, cosy and clean with a comfortable bed, balcony and kitchenette. I stayed at the hotel for a week and extended my stay for another fortnight because I liked everything so much. Many thanks to Katerina for her active help and quick response to all my requests. Everything was perfect!

The hotel is great, and the people are even better, the hospitality of Maria and Andreas is amazing, these 2 people made the whole trip worth it, I definitely want to go back just to see these 2, they jump at every little thing to make your holiday just that bit better! Maria is an exceptional person, When my transfer didn't arrive. Maria went out of her way to call a taxi and tell them it was an emergency, and even showed me where to get cash for the taxi as all of the ATMs in the area were out of service, and even grabbed a local TUI rep to report what had happened, and whilst we were doing that, another host put my bags into the taxi for me. Andreas, such a funny, and entertaining bar man, always open to a conversation and a game of pool when he isn't working hard making sure the bar is kept clean and tidy, or serving the perfect pint, with Andreas your never kept waiting to be served, always happy to take song requests, or even help you with advice on where to visit and where to go, I look forward to visiting the hotel again to see him and Maria! The pools are great, everywhere is kept tidy, the hosts do a good job of keeping the noise down in the hotel (can't fault them for the main *****, as this is a party town) but they don't let it spill into the hotel at all, The rooms have showers, toilets and cooking facilities, the cleaners are there every day to change your sheets and replace towels, Everyone at this hotel is clearly on their A game, best experience I have had by far, very much looking forward to visiting again

Absolutely loved this hotel. There was daily room service and they kept the room spotlessly clean . The staff was kind and very friendly, with impeccable service . Will definitely visit again.Highly recommended !

Horrible staff members. Cleaners do not clean properly the room was dirty as we arrived. Dirt Stains in the microwaves kettles and cups and out toilet was broken!! It was being ripped out of the floor the whole time. Unfortunately the hotel charged us 90 euro for getting some makeup on some of their towels! never have I known a hotel to charge for getting towels dirty considering the fact the makeup was easy to take off as we took it to a dry cleaners and paid 20 euros and they took any makeup off with one wash!!! Not only did they charge us a ridiculous amount they also threatened us with the police saying if we didn’t pay they would call the police and kick us out all of over some makeup on a towel!!

Do not stay here unless you want your money stolen. We confronted the woman at reception only to be told that it must’ve been one of our friends who didn’t have their money stolen. They purposely don’t steal from one person so they can frame them. Just save yourself the hassle and don’t stay here.
