the staff where awful especially the old man who worked night times he was extremely rude and make me feel unwelcome. You have to pay for the aircon and the all inclusive food is disgusting and don’t even have snacks at the pool bar, the drinks where even worse the beer was disgsuting and they have something called rakie which is a homemade alcohol with was not drinkable. The rooms also looked like prison cells and nothing like the pictures online to be fair the pool and view from the pool area was good apart from that definitely would not recommend this hotel stay far away

•lumpy pillows •hostel style rooms •was not all inclusive- had to pay for spirits •school canteen style buffet •hotel toilets were dirty •had to pay for aircon and jacuzzi •not very accessible to our rooms, large suitcases and steep staircases •mentions 2 bars but only 1 was available the whole week we stayed •”snack bar” with no snacks only drinks do not recommend staying here, we were led to believe it would be an all inclusive with big rooms for 3 of us to stay in. we had to pay for certain drinks and the rooms were so small we were cramped in for a week with no space to walk across the room. the shower head wasn’t attached to the wall leading us to have to hold the shower head whilst we showered and it wasn’t ideal. the view we had paid for was blocked by a wall and a tree. and got surprised with a €50 bill for the aircon to use it. aircon was full of mould from where it hasn’t had a simple maintenance and we got told check in would be from 12.30pm so when we arrived from the airport we got told we can’t check in til 2.30pm so we had 2 hours to make ourselves busy

Per via del welfare aziendale ho dovuto prenotare con last-minute, nonostante le rassicurazioni degli operatori ho provato a contattare la struttura attraverso il numero e la email del loro profilo sul sito di LM, per telefono non trovano la mia prenotazione, allora provo a contattare la struttura attraverso la email mandando tutti i documenti possibili per essere sicuri ma non ricevo risposta a nessuna delle email spedite. Posso capire che per il prezzo non si possa pretendere una struttura d'élite, però non è possibile che per avere la certezza di una prenotazione bisogna essere un investigatore privato. Smerig hotel ,lijkt wel een verouderde hostel voor jongeren yacussi werd gebruikt als,voetenbad door dronken jongeren ,smerige oude kamers aankomt Smerig beddengoed veel geluids overlast geen allin cocktails en ook yacussi bij zwembad niet,veel stuk onaardige manager ze,deed niks aande situatie personeel kruipt voor haar! Vieze oude man Manuel met 9 dagen zelfde kleding vol gele kringen ,dat kan je niet verkopen! Geboekt via zoover poolbar fotoos zijn niet van dit hotel na navraag receptie evenals de valse web beschrijving! Geen toezicht zwembad, geen wifi oud en slecht schoongemaakte kamers, overal ook mieren in badkamer ,balkon enin mijn koffer en bed! Bij aankomst 4 dagen moeten vragen om schoon beddengoed handoekkendaarna weer heel vies en met vlekken ,dusgeen verbetering doe het niet! Is verschrikkelijk! Nachdem wir 4 Tage im Süden in einem tollen Hotel verbrachten, wollten wir 5 Nächte mit AI erleben in Malia. Der Empfang durch die Empfangsdame war sehr schön, auch das andere Personal war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Dann kam das Zimmer im 3.Stock (Treppen). Man musste die Tür mit Gewalt öffnen und auch schließen. Der Balkon war direkt neben einem starken Raucher, auch hörte man alles vom Pool, von der Bar, aus der Partymeile von Malia. Der Lärm war so groß, dass wir früher nach hause abreisten. Die Möbel waren so lala, es gab keinen Schrank um die Kleidung unter zu bringen. Das Bad war sehr heruntergekommen, die Dusche hatte eine Umkleidung, die herunterhing. Die Betten war ok. Tresor und Klimaanlage sollte bezahlt werden. Das Essen fand in einer Art Kantine statt, keine Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Die Qualität des Essens war unterstes Niveau, die dazu angebotenen Getränke, außer Wasser und Bier, waren ungenießbar. So auch an der Bar. Die Getränke wurden in dünnen Plastikbechern angeboten. Das war nicht gut. Zur Ehrenrettung muss ich sagen, dass alles sauber war.

Hotel straszny, jedzenie tragiczne, któregoś dnia na obiad były meatballsy i paluszki rybne, po 5 dniach na all inclusive gość stwierdził że nie ma nas w systemie bo dziadek który Nas meldował nie zna sie na niczym, gdy wychodziliśmy i mieliśmy 5 minut do transferu na lotnisko ten sam koleś kazał mi odlozyc kanapke bo chciałam zjesc po drodze, gdy przyjechaliśmy w nocy nawet wody nam nie przygotowali, pokoje straszne, prysznice jak przed wojną, łysy facet z recepcji natychmiast do wywalenia!!!!!

If anyones thinking about going here DONT!!!.... first room we had was like a hostel had to pay for aircon and to use the jacuzzi!!!.... food was absolutely vile.... cocktails not involved in all inclusive.... best part of the holiday was leaving.... only good thing was the receptionist she was lush

Hotel rimesso a nuovo da poco, magari non nelle stanze, ma pulitissimo in ogni parte. Zona piscina molto tranquilla. Il cibo buono, non tanta varietà ma sempre di ottima qualità. Onestamente la parte migliore però è il personale, super cordiale, il responsabile del ristorante, i ragazzi del bar e alla reception. Fantastici per come hanno trattato il nostro bimbo. Spero di ritornare presto.
