Just returned from another fantastic holiday at this amazing hotel. We had a newly renovated family room which was lovely. They have done a brilliant job. The shower is fab. The family that run this hotel are just amazing Maria & Aristea are so lovely, they looked after us so well. I'm so glad we discovered this hotel 9 years ago now. We are so lucky to have met such a wonderful family and we can't wait to return again next year ❤️

Thank you, Neon Hotel. Your location was just what we were after, a proper Crete family hotel. The staff are so friendly, nothing too much trouble, we had a sea view room and WOW that view!!, The Bed was large and comfortable, the shower large and plentiful supply of hot water. Spotlessly clean, pool side food spot on. Will defo try and make time for a second visit.

Unverhofft in einem tollen 2 Sterne Hotel gelandet. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Meerblick (sollte man wirklich dazu buchen). Zimmer frisch renoviert. Frühstück ist ausreichend und typisch für Kreta. Pool und Poolbereich sauber und für Hauptsaison wirklich ruhig und sauber. Direkter Strandzugang. Liegen vom Nachbarhotel gegen 7€ pro Tag möglich. Service immer nett und freundlich. Wir kommen wieder.

Excellent service and very friendly staff.They even gave us free mosquito repellent. Cleaners came every day with fresh sheets and towels.Sea view was good. Thank you, we will come again.

Bij aankomst oogt het hotel misschien niet direct aantrekkelijk, maar zodra je binnenkomt, verandert dat beeld. De inrichting is in oude Griekse stijl, wat het juist een knusse en charmante sfeer geeft. Het geheel is wat gedateerd, maar dat past eigenlijk goed bij de uitstraling van het hotel. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Toen onze douche stuk bleek te zijn, werd dit direct en zonder gedoe gerepareerd – erg prettig! De kamer zelf was schoon en prima voor twee personen. Er stond een kleine maar ruime koelkast, wat erg handig was. Ook het balkon was fijn om ’s avonds op te zitten en te genieten van het weer. Een groot pluspunt is de ligging: via het zwembad loop je zo het strand op. Ideaal! Al met al een prettig verblijf gehad in een gezellig hotel met een goede sfeer en topservice

Perfect location, beach just out the back of the hotel. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Maria and her family were all lovely. Always there to help or share some raki. Will visit again when back in Crete. Thanks very much for a lovely stay and for the olive oil! DJ and Olivia.

When I arrived late at night I must of looked slightly disappointed… The hotel seemed very old fashioned and needed a lick of paint and a couple of upgrades. After waking up to the sound of the sea, and the beautiful smiles of the fantastic family and staff who run this friendly hotel. You are treated as one of the family… It’s a privilege to have stayed here. I have absolutely loved every day of my 18 night stay … Maria in the bar and her colleague are so funny 🤣 and have always gone out of their way to talk to me. Also Aresthea has been incredible helping me with issues nothing to do with my hotel stay … nothing is impossible for her help and assistance I am truly grateful.( probably spelled your name wrong… I apologise x ) This hotel is spotlessly clean and the pool is huge and it’s fantastic to have the gorgeous beach a few steps up from the garden! I will definitely be returning, as soon as possible! There weren’t a lot of other English tourists, however that was absolutely no problem for me!!! Thank you beautiful Neon Hotel you were amazing x x.
