Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, wodurch man jeden Tag den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang kann. Der Service sowie das Essen ist super klasse! Das Hauptrestaurant hat von Montag bis Sonntag jeden Abend ein bestimmtes Essen nach einem Land als Thema (zum Beispiel Mexikanisches Essen, Französisches Essen, Griechisches Essen etc.) Sonst hat das Hotel noch zwei weitere Restaurants die wahnsinnig gut schmecken, eines befindet sich sogar direkt am Strand. Es gibt viele kleinere Pools mit ausreichend liegen, der Sandstrand ist wunderschön, man kann über 100 Meter bedenkenlos in das Meer hinein gehen. Leider sind nicht soviele Toiletten in dem Hotel bzw. in der Strandnähe vorhanden, was etwas störend ist, da man mehr oder weniger dann gezwungen ist, in sein Zimmer zu gehen. Vom Flughafen mit dem Bustransfer dauert es 1 Stunde, mit einem privaten Transfer höchstens 30 Minuten (würde ich beim nächsten Mal definitiv lieber buchen). Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Hotel sehr schön und sehr sauber. Am Abend gibt es keine „großen“ Entertainments bzw. es spielt ab und an ein super guter DJ oder es wird Live gespielt und gesungen, was sehr sehr schön klingt ;)

Das "High beach white" ist eine "Adults only"-Anlage...also ein Resort für Gäste die es etwas ruhiger mögen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Privat-Pool. Die Betten bzw. Matratzen waren super gut. Ich habe im Urlaub noch nie so gut geschlafen. Es war ein Traum. Das Resort ist sehr sauber und man sorgt dafür das es auch so bleibt. Das Personal ist samt und sonders freundlich und aufmerksam. Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind an die Zimmernummer "gekoppelt". Das Essen im High Beach Buffet Restaurant ist abwechslungsreich...für jeden ist was zu finden. Im "Elia-Restaurant" geht's auch A la carte. 10.30 Brunch, ab 12.00 3 Gänge Menü oder Snacks und ab 18.30 (Tisch Reservierung am Vortag erforderlich) 5 Gänge Menü. Richtig lecker... Für Gäste des Resorts mit UAI gibt's Snacks/Erfrischungen sogar an die Liege geliefert. Richtig cool.... Im "Abendprogramm" werden Konzerte (traditionelle griechische Musik), DJ's oder Tanz- Gruppen (traditionelle kretische Tänze) präsentiert. Wer Erholung mit einer Spur Luxus möchte...Der kommt in Malia nicht am "High beach white" vorbei. Die Top-Adresse dort! Wir hatten wundervolle 14 Tage und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein großes Dankeschön an Alle Angestellten. Jeder einzelne hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir einen traumhaften Urlaub hatten.

What a beautiful resort and what a nice people. Especially Didi she is very friendly always joyful. She represent a very nice wellness. Also the staff in the wellness is very professional. Besides the resort is fantastic, they make it complete.

Dass Hotel ist klasse. Einrichtung ist modern und sehr sauber. Am Strand stehen für jedes Zimmer Liegen zur Verfügung. Die beiden Restaurants sind gut geführt und das Essen ist lecker und abwechslungsreich. Manchmal ist die direkt nebenan liegende Beachbar etwas nervig. Aber kein Problem
Das Personal ist super freundlich.

Luxury suites directly on the beach. The perfect location. The summer breeze is keeping us totally relaxed. Very clean and very luxus rooms while the service team is Very friendly. Superior service from breakfast to dinner. We enjoyed our late breakfast at Elia restaurant and diner too! The perfect place for summer holidays. Waiting to come back. Thank you High Beach team!!!

Отдохнуть не смогли. Крики и шум почти до утра от рядом стоящего бара. Выспаться невозможно в этом отеле, вам не дадут насладиться шумом моря по ночам, крики, свист, топот и всё вытекающее от веселящихся в баре до утра. За высокую стоимость можно было организовать работу бара хотя бы до 23 часов. Ресторан - это столовая, примитивно, невкусно, покупали «завтрак - ужин», но ужинать ходили в другие рестораны. Никто не рассказал, что для нашего корпуса (номера) в ресторане выделены отдельный зал и столы, догадались сами позже. Вместо фреша приносили сок из пакетика. Кофе должен быть в кофейнике, но официанты ленятся в него наливать - приносят в чашках холодный Кофе, пить не смогли. Спасибо Ольге, только она приносила кофе в кофейнике. Закреплённые за номером лежаки - всегда кто-нибудь занимал, как только вы с них встаёте. Приходится доказывать что это твой лежак, что не приносит удовольствия на отдыхе. Стоимость отеля (корпуса 5 звёзд) явно не соответствует категории услуг.
