This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make you welcome. Everything is so clean, both around the pool and in the rooms. Have the Greek omelette for breakfast- it's delicious. All the food is made with love and care. Bring dreamies for the little cats!

Just back from a 9 day stay. The hotel is very clean and met all our needs. The family who own the hotel were lovely people who were very kind and willing to help with anything Food was very tasty and reasonably priced. Lots of regulars/returners which is a good sign but made to feel very welcome by all. Great holiday and hopefully will return in the future - Yamas

If you want a relaxed quiet holiday then this is perfect, we came here on the 4th of October for a week, you get dropped off by the coach and have to walk to the hotel as this is old town and no way could a huge coach get round the little corners, to be fair there is only 2, get off the coach, walk about 30 feet, turn left, walk about 1 min and turn left again, up there on the right passed the resteraunt is the hotel, you'll see the sign, go in passed the pool to the reception on the left, that's it, it literally takes a few mins, as its old town the scenery along the walk is amazing so take a steady 5 min walk and you're there. I've read the other reviews, the negatives complaint about being told off, well if you come to a hotel and expect to act 10 years old and have no respect for your surroundings, others holidays, the locals, then you should be told to quieten down, who wants a holding when there's adults acting like kids that never leave the house and having no respect for another person's property, remember this is a small family run hotel and it's theirs not yours. If you act like a kid you'll probabaly be treated like one, this isn't unique to this hotel, you'll find that anywhere in life. The staff are all super friendly, every one of them, all smiles, if you think anyone is hostile that's probabaly because you are winding everyone up acting like a child. This isn't a get pissed and cause drama kind of place, and you're not talking quietly and being told off, you're more than likely hammered and shouting your heads off ruining the peace everyone else is having, and if it came to a point you have to be told to calm down then you're going over the top, so don't give negative reviews because you can't get drunk and trash the place, my advice is to go to one of the local supermarkets, check the shelves for some Respect, it's going to be on a low shelf for you immature kids to reach 🤣 THE TOILET ROLL ISSUE How can you go to a self catering holiday and complain about toilet roll, I mean really who does that, there's some here, and there is loads of cheap supermarkets all over, only a few minutes walk away is a huge one that has everything, cheaper than in the UK and yes they sell toilet roll, come on its so cheap at the shops. The room itself is really tidy and clean, the cleaning lady is sweet and always smiling, the pool is clean too, lots of sunbeds, you have all the amenities you need, as far as self catering goes you have everything you need and shops nearby, there is not 1 thing to complain about, the place is great, the location is great, the staff are great, the weather is great, large enough balcony, comfy beds, you dont need anything else. In the say one side of the hotel faces the sun and the other the shade, so if you want the sun and the heat in the afternoon ask to see if the mountain view/car park side is available, if you want shade and a cooler night ask to see if the old town view/road side is available, might not be bu

This hotel is very clean. However, there is no attempt to encourage guests to enjoy themselves. There was no evening events such as a BBQ or Greek night. Guests were frequently told off for splashing! - taking hotel towels to sunbeds, eating small snacks at the pool, petting the animals etc. When you witness this it makes you feel unwelcome and a nuisance. There are so many owner’s family there and using the pool that guest felt like intruders. You will also need to take toilet roll as it is not provided, never known this before in Greece. Jet2 bus transfer will not take you to the hotel door but will drop you 10 minutes walk away and you will have to walk uphill with your cases, not easy in the middle of the night when you don’t know where you are! There are lots of cats at the hotel. Passports are taken from you until you leave and tourist tax is demanded then. I would not recommend.

when we first arrived late at night at the establishment, we were greeted by an unfriendly and intimidating security guard who showed us to our room. We were let inside and our passports were taken off us immediately and we were asked if we wanted aircon (which is an essential in Greece) which we were told was €60 upfront. The hotel is clean however the bed sheets were stained. The shower is very small, and is not very ideal. additionally the lock to our room was ridiculously stiff and we had to ask staff throughout our stay to help us with the lock. By the third night me and my friend were wanting to leave as we had had enough with the rude encounters from staff - not friendly at all - we are 2 friendly girls who have smiled to all the staff and been friendly throughout the stay. This day we’d had enough as when we went to ask for more toilet roll, as we were only given half a roll to begin with, we were told it is self catering and we have to buy our own. This I find was odd as we were told off for eating our own snacks by the pool. The food is alright and cheap as well as the drinks however it is nothing special. Overall, I definitely wouldn’t stay again.

We arrived at the hotel at late night to be greeted by the rudest person I have ever met, for him to set ground rules on the first night of no going on your balcony after 11pm and for silence otherwise he would turn extremely aggressive and shout and swear, we had to pay for air con which we were not told about and made me personally and the other 4 people extremely ill, and when asking for our passports back which they kept they wanted 100 euro deposit, the management behind this hotel is shambles as the owners are extremely rude and aggressive when responding to simple questions only good think I can say about the whole experience was the weather, by far the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life.

We got to our hotel on the first night where we were met by the aggressive security guard. He told us we had to give our passports over for the whole holiday and had to pay 100 euros to get it back at the end. We went up to our room which was like a sauna as it had no air con at the time. After we paid 30 quid for 3 nights of air con all 5 of us woke up with a bad throat from it. It’s not a party resort like it says as we were kicked off our own balcony at 11 o clock. The staff were very rude and aggressive, and the owners are both mental. Desperate for your money as we were charged 50 euro for a chair that was already broken. We had to pay for our own toilet roll as we were only given half of 1 and the toilet wouldn’t flush. We were also not allowed to put toilet roll in the toilet by the pool and had to bin it. It was very dirty with random dogs and cats just walking into the hotel and drinking the pool water, and our rooms were only cleaned once while we were there with the cleaners walking in on us multiple times.

5 of us stayed here and to sum it up quickly it was our worst ever holiday. The staff were useless horrible and rude with the exception of a lovely women behind the bar. The owner was rude and only seemed to be around when collecting money from people. The security man was there to make us feel safe but in fact did the opposite. We weren’t allowed to go on our balcony after 12 even though we were quiet. He became very agressive when 1 of us went into another friends room and used his master key to come in when he wanted. Air con isn’t a standard here apparently because we had to pay 60 euros for it and we all became very ill. I would never ever return and advise anyone looking to have a bit of a fun holiday don’t bother with this place because it’s run by a bunch of amateurs.
