Points positifs : literie confortable, personnel sympathique, wifi fonctionne bien,tarif compétitif, chouette piscine. Proche du centre ville avec de très bons restaurants. Très charmant hôtel. Nous avons séjourné dans la partie Sunshine à 2 familles avec 3 ados durant 11 jours. Hôtel cosy, superbe déco, bien situé dans un des beaux quartiers à 2 blocs du centre très animé et à 15 min à pied de la plage. Chambres agréables avec une bonne literie, la clim est hélas assez bruyante, 2 chasses d'eau sur les 3 chambres coulaient (à remplir et fermer après chaque passage) et les balcons des étages sont fort étroits. Le personnel est sympathique et souriant mais nous n'avons pas ressenti l'aspect familial, une gestion plutôt commerciale. Les règles sont strictes, peu de flexibilité, si vous ne souhaitez pas sortir dans le quartier animé mais passer la soirée à l'hôtel, à partir de 21h le silence est de mise et après 23h vous devez quitter les lieux. De même, si vous ne disposez pas d'un balcon assez grand pour manger à midi, vous devez commander et vous faire livrer pour manger dans l'espace dédié près de la piscine. Et le petit déjeuner est assez basique pour le prix comparativement à ceux proposés par les petits restos du coin. Si vous souhaitez le calme absolu, cet hôtel est pour vous.

For a relaxing stay where you can get to the beaches, nightlife and dining easily but don't have to be in the center of it, this is the place to stay. The host, Dania, was so welcoming and helpful. We got the recommendation from Lonely Planet and we couldn't have been more pleased. Our room had a lovely balcony where we could sit for a drink or to play cards. We went in October and there was never anyone else in the pool the 3 times we swam. It is an easy couple of blocks walk into old town where Dania recommended some fabulous restaurants for dinner. The hotel offers an enormous breakfast with so many different options served on a charming patio.

Returned after a short two day stay in the Spring. Just as good as I'd remembered. Wonderful, warm service, beautiful breakfast, friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. This is the BEST little hotel in Crete. Absolutely lovely. Thoroughly recommend.

Parfait, accueil super, le personnel était à l’écoute de tout problème avec toujours un grand sourire. L’hôtel est proche de la plage et du centre, tout est facil d’accès. Si je retourne en Crète je reviendrais dans cet hôtel.

We were a group of 8 girls visiting Malia for a girls holiday. The hotel itself was beautiful, after seeing a few other hotels our friends were staying in, this was by far the nicest. And for such an amazing price, the rooms are all modernly done and the pool area is small but equally as pretty. To top off our whole stay the staff are delightful, the receptionist staff were so kind and made reservations at the best restaurants. Mano behind the bar is so lovely and makes the best drinks. And the security at the hotel Manos made sure to check every single one of us came in after we went on a night out. The hotel wasn’t made for party holidays as they had all different types of people staying but nevertheless we had the best time. Would definitely return!
