Hotel an sich renovierungsbedürftig, daß Badezimmer (sorry) unter alle Sau, sauber ja, aber so etwas abgeranzftes, nee, nicht noch mal. Wir haben 7 Tage nahzu das Gleiche präsentiert bekommen, nee Danke, nicht noch einmal.👎🫣👎🫣 Rhodos ist besser.

Siamo stati ospiti una settimana a cavallo tra luglio ed agosto 2024, siamo stati benissimo, il villaggio è molto bello, ben tenuto e curato in ogni particolare. La formula EDEN ci ha lasciati tutti molto soddisfatti, il cibo abbondante, variegato e con sempre qualcosa di fresco preparato al momento , pesce e carne alla brace, ed altro ancora preparato e sporzionato al momento sia a pranzo che a cena. C'erano anche degli snack durante tutta la giornata, il personale eccellente soprattutto al bar in piscina dove non mancava mai il sorriso. all inclusive da consigliare. la piscina il mare ed altro ancora sempre eccellente. lo consiglio vivamente.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato nel villaggio la prima settimana di ottobre! Che dire, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ottimo cibo e vario, animazione in lingua inglese ma i ragazzi si facevano capire benissimo e spettacoli divertenti. Villaggio ben curato e pulito. Personale gentile, soprattutto i ragazzi dal bancone alla sera! Molto comodo il servizio di noleggio auto direttamente dalla reception e il servizio del pranzo nel caso in cui uno faccia escursioni. Lo consigliamo a tutti coloro che vogliono rilassarsi, divertirsi e visitare Creta!!!

Abbiamo prenotato in questo villaggio pur avendo letto diverse recensioni negative. Ci siamo ricreduti in quanto vorrei dire a quelle persone che nelle recensioni hanno denigrato e schifato il maitre e il cibo che non è assolutamente come hanno descritto, il maitre e’ stato super gentile e professionale e riguardo al cibo era molto variato, buono, pesce e carne a volontà in tutte le salse: dagli umidi al grigliati ai fritti, ogni tipologia di verdure, insalate e antipasti, dolci e frutta fresca sempre. Il villaggio è molto bello e ben curato visto gli enormi spazi di verde pieno di fiori. L’unica pecca le camere un po’ datate ma per quello che ci si sta in camera può andare. Nel complesso un’ottimo soggiorno.

Einziger Pluspunkt ist die direkte Strandlage. Hotel das in die Jahre gekommen ist. Renovierungsbedürftige Zimmer. Harte Betten. Badezimmer alt und diverse schäden. Fenster gehen nicht richtig zu. Hellhörige Zimmer. Das Essen war von schlechter Qualität und das Essen war kalt (Nudeln/Fleisch) Dessertbuffet war ein Witz. Kuchen schmeckten alle gleich, nur die Farbe war verschieden. Das Hotel entspricht 2 Sternen. Es ist das Geld nicht Wert und wir könne es nocht weiterempfehlen.

points positifs: jardin de l'hôtel bien entretenu, personnel très agréable et professionnel malgré le peu de moyen qui leur est donné! (pour le personnel de ménage pas d'aspirateur, seulement un balai, seau et serpillère, p.négatifs, mini plage parking à transats (mais pas assez de transats pour toute la clientèle, le pire la chambre délabrée, fuite d'eau salle de bains + glace, wc, porte le tout cassés, matelas tachés et vieux inconfortables, volet fenêtre sur balcon délabré, téléviseur ne captant aucune chaîne, le repas offert au restaurant la taverne immangeable, moules pâteuses trop cuites, idem pour le reste! pas la peine de l'offrir, autant se restaurer au premier restaurant, nous étions en pension complète!

Mi piace tanto fidarmi delle foto quando prenoto ma questa volta ho sbagliato a non guardare altro.....al nostro arrivo troviamo tutto buio e ovviamente nessuno che parli italiano... nessuno ci spiega niente ..... animazione completamente assente .... sdraio sia al mare che in piscina quasi assenti ( praticamente devi andarci alle 8 del mattino per prenderle) , personale ( in particolare quella specie di maitre se così si può definire , sempre arruffato , che guarda in continuazione l orario , che controlla addirittura come sei vestita anziché curarsi delle stoviglie sempre bagnate, del cibo che fa pietà) ! Sempre del "maitre" devo dire che è buona educazione non spegnere le luci quando le persone cenano è segno di maleducazione...( lavoriamo nello stesso settore e il cliente va curato non buttato fuori ) !Devo dire che per i soldi spesi non merita niente ..... location che potrebbe dare molto di più sicuramente perché la struttura c'è! Ah dimenticavo Il PIZZAIOLO alle 16:45 sforna le ultime due pizze e nonostante la fila dice CLOSED!Un consiglio : formate il vostro personale ..... animate il nostro resort ! La gente esce per svagarsi !

Posto bellissimo con ampi spazi molto pulito. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile. Le camere sono un po' vecchie ma pulite. Il ristorante è molto grande e il cibo molto buono e abbondante. Lo consiglio. C'è anche una sala giochi per bimbi e si possono fare tantissime escursioni.

Beautifully landscaped outdoor surroundings of the resort. Standard rooms, a bit outdated but clean. The food was very good. Drinks and coffee KATASTOFA! Need to buy the original outside the hotel. The overall impression is very good except for the unsatisfactory artificial drinks!
