The staff tried their very best to make our stay unforgettable, from the pick up at the airport to daily housekeeping and service throughout our vacation. It's easy to find the pick up at the airport and the reception is always ready to help. The villas on the sea offer an amazing view and everyday there's a new activity to do. You can book activities and restaurants via a dedicated app as well as a pick up to get around the resort. The facilities are clean and well furbished and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking at going to Maldives

I had an amazing time with my boyfriend in SAii Lagoon, everyone there was so kind and lovely! They treated us like family and we felt so welcomed. During check-in I met “Jack”, he is so friendly, professional and extremely helpful! Also he speaks fluent mandarin and English which is a plus for Chinese tourists who struggles with English. At the restaurant/pool bar “Mr. Tom Yam” we’ve met some amazing staffs there, always happy to see us and they served us with the most delicious cocktails and food! We were always so happy to see “Eli & Sam”, they gave us the best suggestions when we couldn’t decide on what to get, you won’t be disappointed for sure whether is food or drinks! They knew what we wanted before even telling them which was a plus! And behind the bar you have the best mixologist called “Joseph” he made us AMAZING cocktails I swear is one of the BEST ones I’ve ever tasted so far! They would always greet and smile. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who wants to go there. Before leaving I met “Tharaka” she was so lovely, kind and helpful! Everyone was so lovely, friendly and professional! Will be back to this place soon! We flew directly from China Eastern Airlines to the transitional hotel in Male, and chose the JEN Hotel of the Shangri-La Hotel Group, the only international brand in Male. Booked a package that includes two nights and two breakfasts, and the dinner is a la carte at the restaurant on the roof top of the hotel, which is highly recommended. Start at 5 o'clock for breakfast to catch the water and fly, and the hotel packed it. The room is not big, but the transition is OK.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, the room was small but cozy, I enjoyed my accommodation there.

The service is very good, warm and thoughtful The room is average, not clean enough, the sheets and bedding have stains that have not been cleaned, the hot water in the bathroom is intermittently warm, and there is no hair dryer What was more surprising was that there was a Chinese restaurant on the street near the sea when I turned left when I went out. The authentic beef dumplings saved my stomach.

Plus, the facilities are great for solo travelers like me, with cozy rooms and a chill vibe. Whether you want to relax or explore, this place has it all. I had an amazing stay and can’t wait to return! 🌊 Highly recommend for anyone visiting Malé!

It feels quite close to Male Airport, take a taxi and cross a bridge, then shuttle in the alleys, it takes about 10-15 minutes to arrive. The boss is a German who has lived in the Maldives for more than ten years. Two days before the arrival day, the boss Thomas began to contact us by email, including when we arrived, how much luggage, how many people and so on. After customs clearance on the day of arrival, Thomas' staff has already picked up the guests with a sign at the hotel entrance (free pick-up service is included in my reservation). He greeted us at the door before arriving at his small hotel. Very polite and caring. If there is no problem with your communication needs, the boss Thomas will give you a lot of tips for traveling on the island, such as how much local currency is appropriate to exchange, what local regulations are there, and so on. It is very important that this hotel should be the best Thai restaurant on Male Island. Very authentic thanks to the owner Thomas should have some stories in Thailand, there is no gossip about the specifics. If you eat a meal in person, the boss will recommend and serve you personally. Don't order too much. The next day we went to the resort island. It was a very pleasant day to stay in this hotel on Male Island. It is very convenient to buy swimming goggles, clothes, shoes and other necessary items in the hotel. In Muslim countries, alcohol and tobacco are prohibited, you can ask the boss.

Before the trip, I saw that there were serious problems with transit hotels in Male, and many people fell into traps, so I paid special attention to the choice. Wu** Hotel is not far from the airport, and it takes 7 US dollars to get there by taxi (you can contact the hotel in advance for free airport pick-up). The hotel is quiet and hygienic, and there is no obvious odor (you will know what this odor is when you arrive in Male ~ unbearable ”fragrance”). The service attitude is very good! ! ! When we left the next morning, the hotel helped to call a car and paid the fare! (We took a taxi there ourselves when we went there). In short, it is recommended to choose as a transit hotel

I booked the hotel for one night before I transit to the resort next day as this hotel is close to the airport. My family was assigned the first floor and the room’s window and balcony are blocked by the buildings surrounding it with bad smell. I can only see pipes and AC compressor through the window against the wall. What makes worse is the the super loud noise of the aircon and the the compressor which is impossible to make ppl fall asleep. I have to use ear plugs but still too loud to sleep. The staff are friendly but the food is average compared to USD $200 per night we paid. It offers convenient transportation services with reasonable charge.
