Albergo ben ristrutturato, camera piccola e ben pulita, accogliente, non manca nulla, la nostra camera aveva la porta finestra sulla strada ma i serramenti nuovi isolano bene dal rumore! Materasso e cuscini un po' troppo duri ma è soggettivo. Colazione dolce e salata a buffet, non ricchissima ma con più scelte e la si può consumare anche all' aperto. Personale cordiale. Parcheggio privato nell' albergo! Noi ci torneremo...lo consiglio!

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel for a family wedding. The hotel is in the perfect location with just a 15 min walk to the centre of Malcesine but being far enough away from the huddle and bustle. The staff at the hotel were a delight (especially the lady who sadly I did not get her name). We had an extensive breakfast offer each day with a variety of hot drinks. The room we had at the rear of the hotel was compact but the bathroom was a good size and the shower was a delight. There was a small balcony overlooking the hills behind. The pool was a wonder especially to relax in and around as it was very hot and sunny during our stay.

do not look at the pictures (they are old) the hotel is much better, service, breakfast, position very convenient.
rmajority of the negative reviews are old, my experience of this hotel is positive.

Auf den Fotos sieht das Hotel wesentlich älter aus, als es tatsächlich ist. Ich hatte keine großen Erwartungen aber wir waren 20 Leute (Firmenausflug) und das Hotel war perfekt. Der Pool groß und jeder hatte genügend Platz. Frühstück ausreichend - nichts besonderes aber hatte ja keine Erwartungen. Personal freundlich. Zimmer sauber und groß. Malcesine zu Fuß ca 10min entfernt.. was ich nicht als störend empfand. Ich würde ein Zimmer empfehlen, welches hintern raus geht. Vorne könnte es laut sein (Hauptstraße direkt vor dem Hotel)

The hotel is very good. Everything is new and clean. Swimming pool was open in october, but it was chilly to swim. Nice breakfast with good coffee. The hotel is situated near the center, around 15 minutes to walk. Free parking.

Un super 2 stelle : gli manca solo l’ascensore x fare l’upgrade, ma presto arriverà. Posto fuori dal caos, ma centro e funivia raggiungibili con passeggiata di una mezz’oretta. Camera e bagno rinnovati, giardino e piscina; buona colazione e convenzione col ristorante All’albero: che vuoi di più!?

The hotel is in a central position close to the lake and ferries. The staff and food are excelent. Rooms kept clean and tidy. Superb menu in their attached restaurant. Would come again with out hesitation. Idealy situated for trips on the lake or to the mountains.
