Nice food and good service
The pool area, lunch and breakfast was amazing and the service was fast and good. When we arrived we were assigned a room under the attic where my boyfriend couldn’t stand up straight. But after talking to the kind and service minded night concierge we had another room. The room was clean but a bit on the older site for a hotel in that price range. But overall a nice stay.

Highly recommended on Lake Garda

Schöne Tage zum Abschalten und Geniessen
Schöner Aufenthalt, schöne Garten- und Poolanlage. Zimmer sehr geräumig mit grossem Balkon. Ausstattung im Zimmer sehr in Ordnung, einfach vom Design her nicht mehr ganz aktuell. Riesiges, abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet. 20 Minuten Spaziergang nach Malcesine.

Excellent place to stay! Lots of activities to do with beautiful views. The customer service was fantastic and very accommodating. The shuttle service down into the village centre was excellent to have as well. Highly recommend staying here!

I was with a solo party of 25 and the hotel was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful in reception. Bermet and Atake were in the restaurant and were so nice, polite and helpful. Abigail in the bar was lovely. She went over and above for us. The food was very good with lots of choice. There were a few German groups and they obviously don’t know how to queue but that’s a culture difference. Hotel is in the most beautiful spot. Views are wonderful. It takes about 15 mins to walk down to Malcesine and 20 up again, it is a bit of a hill but no problem. The hotel bus went up and down again if they couldn’t take everyone. Our guide told us the heating is switched on by law on 15 October in Italy. I switched it off in my room but it was still very warm at night. I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel.

Muy buena experiencia, muy limpio, el personal muy amable y atento; las instalaciones están muy bien y bien organizadas, hasta hay una zona pub muy agradable para tomar algo tranquilamente. Muy buena calidad de los desayunos, de las cenas y del servicio bar. Esta a 15 minutos andando desde el centro de Malcesine y del Lago y hay servicio de bus también. Para repetir sin duda

È un hotel anni 90’ mai rinnovato. Bagno veramente datato, camera ampia. Buffet sicuramente ampia scelta, ma qualità media. La struttura è poco curata: la piscina dei bambini ha il fondale scivoloso e staccato, quindi pericoloso. La piscina interna non è per niente riscaldata, le giostre esterne sono abbandonate, sporche e datate. Tutto è un po’ datato. Non mi sembra un 4 stelle (tranne che per il prezzo!) e non ci tornerei
