Pas grand chose à dire. Hotel exceptionnel. Personnel avenant et très pro. Chambres bien équipées où tout à été pensé avec soin. Proximité immédiate du centre. Et surtout .....petit déjeuner irréprochable. Bravo bravo et merci. Nous vous recommandons.

Ficamos hospedados nesse hotel Maravilhoso em Malcesine, excelente receptividade, atendimento e estadia. Quartos eram aconchegantes e o café da manhã espetacular, com diversas opções deliciosas. Com certeza ficarei hospedada em outras ocasiões! Parabéns à toda equipe.

Hotel com localização excelente, no centro da cidade, fácil acesso a restaurantes e ao lago. O ambiente é fantástico, tivemos uma ótima estadia, fácil acesso com estacionamento, quarto aconchegante, ótimo chuveiro e a cereja do bolo é o café da manhã, com diversas opções de salgados, doces, frutas.. Eu e minha família ficamos admirados com tanto capricho de toda equipe. Com certeza iremos voltar em breve!!!

Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato 1 settimana in agosto, è il terzo anno di fila che ci facciamo coccolare dal personale di questo hotel. Tutti ma proprio tutti disponibili, carinissimi, molto professionali, e poi wowww alla maxi colazione a buffet. Malcesine e questo hotel sono nel nostro cuore e ci torneremo ancora.

Una piccola gemma, nel cuore del villaggio! Eccellente ospitalità e location assolutamente perfetta, per esplorare questa perla del lago. Grazie di cuore a Charlotte, Camilla e a tutto il cordialissimo personale per un'accoglienza splendida e di qualità. Abbiamo molto apprezzato il buon gusto con cui questo albergo è stato arredato e decorato, la bella camera: tranquilla, spaziosa e molto confortevole, la colazione eccezionale (da non perdere, soprattutto, le golosissime torte salate ed i mini-croissant farciti di ogni delizia!) e la bella corte esterna con il pergolato. Più di tutto, tuttavia, ci ha colpito la grande professionalità di uno staff molto educato, gentile e premuroso. Un servizio d'altri tempi, che sul lago è ormai rarissimo trovare. Complimenti vivissimi! Torneremo presto

We stayed with 2 couples and thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days at hotel Dolomiti. The staff were great, they even noted one of our birthdays ( from our check in papers? ) and surprised us with some extras at breakfast on the day. The breakfast was great, the beds also and the location right in a typical quaint Italian laneway, though accessible by car from the main road and near many shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel pour la Marathon du Lac de Grade . Nous le recommandons . Les points forts: Le personnel très sympathique, gentil, professionnel. Le parking voiture, la situation au centre de Malcésine, la taille et le design de la chambre, la propreté, le wifi gratuit, les jus et salades de fruit frais, le pain maison .... Tout le personnel était très accueillant . Enchanté de notre séjour, ce ne sont que gentillesse et sourires de l'ensemble du personnel de l'hôtel, toujours prêts à rendre service. Extra

Charlotte was extremely welcoming and helpful. She answered all the questions and was super nice and friendly. The room and bathroom were a good size. The breakfast was exceptional, there were boiled, scrambled and sunny side up eggs!!! Cold meats and cheese, cereal, fresh croissants, pastries and many different sweet treats, fruit as well as an array of hot drinks and juices were available. I wish I tried the cakes, they loosed delicious. All staff were very welcoming and I felt at ease, we wished we stayed an extra couple of nights. It’s best to book directly with the hotel to gain free breakfast! I highly recommend this hotel. Hotel is within walking distance to everything with a supermarket around the corner and the cable cars just up the road.
