A perfect hotel in an amazing location. Pool area never crowded. Wonderful breakfast with views over the lake Friendly, hardworking staff Reasonable prices for drinks and snacks around the pool Would wholly recommend and will return. We stayed in an apartment in a separate block and there was some road noise when sat in balcony but this did not take away from an amazing holiday. Rooms in the hotel would not have this noise.

We booked hotel Carpi for a week during our wedding in Malcescine, this Hotel is very clean and the staff are amazing and so very friendly. We had family and friends staff here with us and we all had a positive experience here. This is a family run hotel, and in my opinion run very well. We stayed in one of the apartments, it was a great option for us as a 3 person family and our child being 4yo. The rooms are cleaned every day, excellent air conditioning and the food here is wonderful. The kids loved the pool, location was perfect for us we walked to town every evening and on site parking was provided. Thank you for taking such great care of us. We had a few celebration's, we got noisy but we appreciate your patience Hotel Capri. Highly recommend.

Third visit over the years and it just gets better, located just 5 minutes walk from the centre, also the benefit of car parking. Our room was spotless, great view of the lake, breakfast very good and we ate in the restaurant a couple of times the food was delicious and different from what you get in the town. The staff and that means everyone, were very friendly, helpful and happy to chat. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Ein sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit kurzen Weg an den See und Innenstadt Malcesine das Hotel: * sehr sehr sauber * sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal * erstklassiges Frühstück (4-Sterne Qualität) * eigene Parkplätze am Hotel * sehr schöne Zimmer und sauber. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen und bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit .

5 Night Family Break
Wonderful hotel for an early-April break in Malcesine. Stunning location with views across the dramatic landscape of the lake. Nice choice of wine and cocktails - and the food was excellent. Good choice of breakfast items (Continental), snacks for lunch, then a fixed-price set menu for dinner. We ate at the hotel one night only - it is quite expensive, but was of a high standard. We elected to eat in town the other nights (10-15 mins walk). We weren't able to use either the pool or spa facilities based on the weather.

Beautiful stay
Amazing hotel with a beautiful view. Staff was so nice. Breakfast was delicious. Close to city centre with nice restaurants and castle. Parkering easy and for free. Spa, pool and sauna was a great offer.
