A lovely hotel close to all we needed also close to the castle that my son got married at on the 7 August 2025 , clean room , staff very friendly, also close to the cable car that went up the hill , which we enjoyed going on , all so the breakfast was very nice in the hotel , would recommend and one going there

Amazing location, incredible staff, stunning views and a breakfast that cannot be rivaled! Max and his team work so hard to ensure that each of their guests get a holiday experience that will leave them with happy memories forever! I couldn’t recommend this boutique hotel higher! If I could give it 10 stars I would!

Exceptional
Fabulous hotel with great views of the lake and castle, juat a few minutes walk to Malcasine centre where there are lots of lovely shops and restaurants.
We had a beautiful room with a balcony. Large and comfortable room, tea and coffee, comfy bed, great shower, and all spotlessly clean.
Breakfast was great with plenty of healthy choices. The staff were so helpful and friendly, couldn't do enough for you.
We also used the hotel bikes free of charge and cycled around Riva. Be aware that there are lots of tunnels and you should wear hi viz. There is a fabulous bike/walking track around much of the lake.
The ferry is a great way to get across the lake from Malcasine.

The hotel is lovely, we had room 25 which is one of the top floor rooms with Eco credentials and an absolutely fabulous view. Very clean and the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay, the best it can be. Breakfast is continental with various cooked eggs available. There was plenty of choice to have something different each day if you wished. The hotel has a lovely garden that has a jacuzzi in it (cool, which was wonderful given how warm it was). Having breakfast in the garden was lovely and relaxing. 100m above the hotel is the cable car, so high mountain walks are easily accessible and 5 minutes walk will take you to a swim in the lake. Perfectly positioned. Loved our time here. Malcesine is a wonderful place and I’d thoroughly recommend the hotel we stayed in along with the top floor views.

The staff here are lovely, friendly and helpful, the hotel is in the town so is ideal for those wanting just a very short stroll into the old town, Our room had just a stunning view of the castle and over the roofs of the old village and was worth the price alone. We had a nice balcony to look out on this view in the morning and evening and so really enjoyed this. The room was modern and clean with a nice bathroom.
Will definitely return when we get the chance as Malcesine is just a delight to see and explore with many nice shops, bars and restaurants.

Perfect, peaceful stay in Malcesine
A perfect hotel in Malcesine! Large balcony with a stunning view of the castle and lake beyond. Bright, clean, spacious room. Helpful staff. Central location, but just enough removed as to feel peaceful. I would absolutely stay here again!
