Very unique hotel using any available space in it’s design. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff and centrally located within walking distance to everything. Very highly recommended.

Ausgezeichnet
+ Tolles Hotel mit ausgefallenem Design. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber.
Perfekte Lage direkt am See. 10 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum.
Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet (Auswahl, Qualität usw..)
Restaurant zum Abendessen auch Top
- Zimmer war etwas hellhörig.

Partiamo dicendo che è praticamente impossibile trovare un hotel che somigli all'Ambienthotel PrimaLuna (almeno in Italia, credo). Lo stile è "industrial", di una raffinatezza non troppo ostentata. Molto originale in tutto, camere molto belle e particolari. Bellissima posizione fronte lago. Il personale è molto piacevole e cortese, senza essere troppo ingessato. Proprietario molto gentile e simpatico. Un capitolo a parte merita il cibo! Mangiato a cena sia pizza che cucina, tutto molto buono. Colazione favolosa con frutta fresca, crèpes fatte al momento, affettati, formaggi, uova, estratti di frutta fatti al momento.. di tutto di più, con una vista impagabile. Fino ad ora il più bell'hotel in cui siamo stati, non gli manca niente per essere classificato come un 4 stelle.

Ci siamo stati per la prima volta a ottobre 2023, e non vedevamo l'ora di tornare anche quest'anno. E' un posto magico in un angolo di paradiso. I proprietari accoglienti ti fanno sentire in famiglia. Le camere sono bellissime, curate nei dettagli e con tutte le comodità, oltre alla vista impagabile. Anche il ristorante fronte spiaggia è un pezzo forte dell'hotel, a partire dalla colazione super fino alla cena, dove il menù è ricco di piatti gustosi e raffinati. Tutto il personale è davvero gentile e simpatico, in particolare Veronika, con cui abbiamo scherzato durante le nostre cene, e che si prende cura degli ospiti con simpatia e professionalità.

Hotel con posizione ottima per godersi la spiaggia del lago che in quel punto è davvero meravigliosa. La struttura appare subito molto curata in ogni dettaglio , camere pulite e ben arredate. Personale super cortese ed attento , pronto a risolvere ogni problema. Il ristorante è davvero molto bello e con una vista fantastica, la colazione è molto ricca e soddisfa pienamente sia i palati dolci che salati. Ho apprezzato moltissimo il servizio di acqua ( sia frizzante che naturale) che offre gratuitamente l’albergo : in diversi punti della struttura ci sono questi erogatori dove si può riempire la propria borraccia! La piscina è davvero bellissima, ben tenuta e ordinata e offre una vista stupenda. Il centro di Malcesine dista 10/15 min a piedi.
