Room quality, cleanliness and staff courtesy is very good. Neatly maintained property. Accessibility to this hotel is very easy and the location is slightly away from the crowd making it less noisy and comfortable. Breakfast is served but they get food from outside. So inform in advance what you need. Ample parking space. You will get a better deal by calling their numbers than going for online agents. Make use if it. Having a restaurant inside would be a plus and make this hotel more convenient. A few improvement areas 1. Light up the frontage so that it's visible better. 2. Fix the ramp to entry for cars so that it won't hit the bottom for low ground clearance cars 3. Keep some freshener in lobby for a pleasant feel

Insufficient condiments, only one bath towel. Poor response from room service. When when you rate this as three star hotel, reception is not manned in the morning 6'o clock. No provision for even a single tea in the morning. Passage is blocked by trucks carrying liquor. All together this does not give a feeling for family stay

This hotel in nilambur is located centrally, off the highway and easily accessible. Parking is available. Has a small bar and a restaurant. The rooms are large and fairly well equipped. The wifi didn't work, most of the time, during our stay. Rooms, furniture etc. Require better maintenance. Food in the restaurant is average and variety is limited. For those who enjoy their drink, the bar is conveniently located on the ground floor.

It is a budget property and do not expect luxury. It is on the nilambur ooty road but about 6 km away from nilambur town. The amenities do not include a bar. This is a wrong information in mm t description which is to be corrected. Breakfast is limited to either two poori or one plate of idlies and one cup of tea or coffee. Any thing more or any thing else will be charged and it is much higher than that for similar items in the area. They kept a used water bottle in the room but they changed it promptly when asked for a new bottle. They keep toiletries for only one person in a double room and even a single towel. Altogother i feel the present ratings of this hotel is a bit exaggeration.
