The property was excellent and well maintained. The staff were very warm and attentive. Would like to book again. The only slight glitch was in the breakfast rates. We had made a booking without breakfast. As per trip.com offer breakfast rate was Rs 450 per person to be paid at the hotel. But the actual rates were Rs 750 plus tax. So double check the rates with the reception before availing.

Location is easily accessible, but not scenic or anything except for a viewing platform facing the river. Rooms are spacious with necessary amenities, but poorly maintained, mushy odour, heater not working, and mosquitoes in room. outdoors are not cleaned or maintained at all. The only saving grace is the swimming pool which is big and clean, and the food (breakfast) which was tasty even though minimal in variety. Also notable is the very courteous and prompt response of the front office and other staff. An effort towards maintenance would go a long way in making this property an experience worth remembering. Hoping to see it becoming a better place ☺️

Good, cleaning services are good. Neat and cozy rooms and neat washroom. We took a premium room for 2 nights and the room was very clean and big. Washroom is also huge and clean. Excellent reception and valet service. Food is okay. Will visit again would definitely recommend this hotel for family

Hotel is good, buts its not in perinthalmanna as mentioned in portal, its 13 km away from town at melattur. So if you have work at perinthalmanna then its not the hotel i would recommend. If you are on a vacation and want to spend time in resort kind of setting then its a good place. Overall people at hotel are friendly, rooms are spacious and clean

Rooms are ok which shows a budget of 1800. Parking space is 50m from the road and there is no enough lights in the path. No restaurants are nearby. So breakfast is not included in the plan. For 2800 i will get much better service with breakfast. Bathroom fittings are not much cleaned.

GGuest UserThe room and washroom were very spacious. Really liked the them. A bath curtain in the washroom would have been good to prevent splashing of water to the remaining area. Food had to be ordered from nearby hotel whose menus are available in the room. The food was good too from those places. Only drawback i felt during my stay was, there only one other guest on the hotel while i was staying. The hotel therefore looked very isolated. Also the external lighting of the hotel during the night can be better

GGuest UserLocation is bang on the main road in kottakkal town right next to bus stand. It has good parking facility. Hotel was welcoming and the checkin/checkout process was smooth. Its a big hotel but its an old one and hence require some maintenance. Otherwise, everything else inside the hotel was neat and clean. Room has all necessary services. I staid in an ac room and the ac was working well. I added breakfast as part of my booking and they provided limited options but good food as part of breakfast. They serve food till 10 pm in the-or restaurant and the price is nominal.

Accessibility to this hotel is very easy and the location is slightly away from the crowd making it less noisy and comfortable. Breakfast is served but they get food from outside. So inform in advance what you need. Ample parking space. You will get a better deal by calling their numbers than going for online agents. Make use if it. Having a restaurant inside would be a plus and make this hotel more convenient. A few improvement areas 1. Light up the frontage so that it's visible better. 2. Fix the ramp to entry for cars so that it won't hit the bottom for low ground clearance cars 3. Keep some freshener in lobby for a pleasant feel
