A very bad experience – absolutely not recommended! From the moment we arrived, things went wrong. We had to wait over two hours for our rooms because, according to the staff, there was a "technical problem." Finally, they said they would transfer us to another hotel – which was much more expensive per night. It felt like we were being ripped off. Only when I got angry and asked for the manager did they suddenly take action and we were given rooms at this hotel after all. But that turned out to be a mistake: we had clearly booked two rooms on the same floor, but we were given one at the very top of the hotel and one outside, in the garden. Our preference was completely ignored. As if that wasn't enough, the rooms were infested with spiders, both inside and outside. Truly filthy and not at all what you expect from a hotel room. The parking lot was also a disaster. We were told the garage was full, but when we went to check for ourselves, we saw four empty spaces. Apparently, they were "reserved" for people who weren't even there. The manager had decided otherwise. We had to park on a different street and pay for it ourselves. Finally, there was air conditioning in the room, but no remote control. We asked where it was, but no one had an answer. In short: extremely unprofessional, filthy, and customer-unfriendly. We will never return and advise everyone to avoid this hotel.

Stanza davvero molto piccola ma abbastanza silenziosa, bagno discreto anche se una porta alla doccia risulterebbe utile per non allagare il bagno se non si è una persona davvero piccola e minuta, buona dotazione di cuscini e asciugamani. Condizionatore rumorosissimo impossibile tenerlo acceso di notte. Mini frigo non funzionante, anche se affermano di averlo sostituito era esattamente non funzionante come il precedente ( non raffredda assolutamente). Phon pessimo , non sostituito dopo la richiesta. Receptionisti cortesi ma indifferenti alle richieste. Posizione buona con fermata che porta al tram e alla metro proprio davanti. Nel complesso pulizie buone nella stanza ma la moquette che porta alle stanze è sporca e macchiata. Per fortuna nella stanza non c'è moquette.
