The advantage of the room is that it is cheap and close to Klebang Beach, so you can go to the beach. If you have a limited budget, it is good for one night.
The disadvantage is that the sound insulation is very poor. The sound insulation for the outside and other rooms is almost non-existent. You can hear the conversation next door, and there is no shielding for the sound of motorcycles and cars outside.
