First suite room experience.
Room was great but basic service especially for suite paying guest was not met. Reception was judgey, not welcoming. Needed to approach for service, got auto friendly just maybe because im guest and paying for suite.
Tv faulty, theres 2 in the room. Called for maintenance right after got in room. They checked but no follow up. Called for maintenance again for tv on day 2 but problem still persist. I gave up.
Third night, came back to room not cleaned. Clean room sign was clearly showed. Called reception to check and got a callback assuming its our fault did not put clean room sign. Surely, nobody bothered to even check our room. Housekeeping came anyway to clean and offered to vacuum but i declined. It was almost 10pm, who would? Essentials top up but sarcasm to the point of deliberately placing a lot. We travelled as a couple, why would i need atleast 5 of each essentials on my last night??
Premium lounge only available fri-sun. Ikr, first time experience this. If i knew, i shldnt have payed for it.
But premium lounge food and ambience was not bad.
Definitely not coming back.
