The room was great. The are 4 of us. The location is also great. Very near to go to jonker night street.

The location definitely good for tourist, lots of food & store nearby, no need to worry about meals. Transportation is convenience where Grab can access easily there. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Security system is good where access card is needed to open the main door. Water dispenser is provided at the lobby area which is very good for us. The room is spacious for 4 adults with luggage. Overall good for the price. Worth it.

Great location but reception totally unsatisfactory

I made a last minute booking without expecting anything. But, I made the best choice! This hotel is located perfectly within Jonker area. The man at the counter, he was kind, attentive and always smiling. The room, it was spotless, bedding was clean and comfy. The toilet was very clean and spotless. The water running a little slow, heater was not really working. These are part can be working on to improve. Other than that! Value for money!

If we loved our stay in Malacca, it’s also thanks to this charming little hotel in the heart of the city. The room was spacious, but what made our stay truly comfortable was the bed and the four pillows—we had a fantastic sleep. The overall experience was peaceful thanks to how quiet the hotel is. There’s no visible staff presence, but that wasn’t an issue since no services are offered. The location is excellent, making it a great base to explore the city.

The location is very good, and it's good that you can get to the city center quickly. The guy at the reception was also nice and helped me a lot during my stay. There was no problem with cleanliness. However, since the guy is Muslim, there are no staff members during prayer. Also, I got a room with a shared bathroom, but this shared bathroom was quite inconvenient as there was hardly any place to put things. Also, it was a bit difficult that there was no running water, so I used the faucet next to the bathroom. Two-quarters of the outlets were dead and unusable. If you value location, it's the best, so I recommend it. Or I recommend a room without a shared bathroom.

The location is good on the Jonker Road side. Depending on the time of check-in, there may be no staff present so you may have to wait. The room was more than worth the price, but the breaker tripped, which was a pain.

The location is very good, just one street away from Malacca Petaling Street, and there are also attractions such as Qing Yun Pavilion, Mosque, and Indian Temple nearby. The room is cleaner than expected, with no odor. In general, it is suitable for friends who need to visit attractions and stay for one night.

The hotel is in a prime location, very close to Jonker Street. There are two temple attractions at the door, a Hindu temple and a Muslim mosque. The decoration style is elegant and simple. The street is very quiet. The front desk guy has a very good attitude.
