The location is quite convenient, but the hotel does not have parking, so you have to find it yourself. But it is not a big problem. 👍🏻 The hotel does not have an elevator, so you have to take the stairs.

I couldn't check in because when we arrived, there was no one there; it was 11 p.m. and it was raining heavily outside. A man told me there was a hotel run by the same company nearby. I went to see if I could find someone in charge, but that wasn't possible either. I called and emailed, but no one answered, so I had to make another reservation at a different hotel through a different platform, like ***********, so I wouldn't be stuck outside in the rain. This is the second time I've told Trip Advisor what happened, and no one has responded.

The check in was smooth and fast. We got the door lock code before our arrival. Location was superb, just inside Jonker itself. There's a common area where we can refill water and sit there to chill. The staff was helpful, helping us to understand how to open the room door with new digital lock.
Only thing is that asking for "heritage tax" through WhatsApp message and asking for online transfer was not so good in my personal opinion as there are so many scammers around nowadays. They should be stated in the booking websites or collected upon arrival.

The receptionist is very friendly, but the room service is poor, no daily cleaning and no change of towels and mineral water. If you don't mind, the location is indeed an advantage.
