Imperio Residence Melaka by Jeffery Lam Home Management

Very bad experience, the room was extremely expensive, similar to Hong Kong prices, the building is abandoned completely, Mall level is totally empty with only 1 mart to get essentials. We booked 2 rooms together both at RM260 per night and we got them on different floors Management was very bad as well, no contact from the host till we got to the property, then only we got the instructions on payment of security deposit and other details which wasted 45 mins for us. Room was clean but the towel's quality was cheap and bad, there was no toilet paper in the toilet and foot-mat was bad quality and very small. For RM260 per night I expected to have better location and better amenities in the apartment. We made a huge mistake of booking this place. I would not recommend this to anyone. Most of the hotels are much better in Melaka. We are hosts ourselves and when someone books our place we reach out to them arrange everything in advance. This property is managed terribly. Take your money somewhere else.

Nice place to relax, wfh, and nearby in melaka city

Terrible room. Bedsheet and pillow case never changed and I can spot some hairs on the bed. Cockroach running in the kitchen, you can thank me later for had it killed. Foul smell in the toilet. The bed is old and need to be replaced. Sounds like the pocket spring inside was broken. This premise was unsafe. The security gate was under maintenance and anyone can just go up to the apartment. I spotted a few suspected drug abusers roaming around the apartment. Avoid at all cost!

We have a wonderful stay. Everything was clean & comfortable. Nice view from the room. Thank you so much host. . 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The hotel has good swimming pool and other facilities like washing machine, cooking equipment, microwave oven, smart tv etc were provided, neat and clean hotel in good location, I will book here again, highly recommended.
