Check in at the hotel,is just a call away.The operator is helpful and the process simple.The amenities is basic.Location of the hotel is strategic and convenient.Only flaw is the leaking pipe on the wash basin that soiled my toiletry bag.Besides that,a happy stay at Greystone 99 Melaka.

The air conditioner is not cold. You have to pay a deposit of RM100 before you can get the room card and check out! You have to wait 5 to 7 days before you can get the refund. I don't know if the deposit will be refunded. It's troublesome. If it's not refunded, I have to waste time calling the police. The room I booked online is different from the one they gave me. The whole service is answered by the computer. The service is poor. It's the first time I have a very bad experience.
