While the cleanliness and amenities could have been better – particularly the malfunctioning hot plate – the staff addressed the booking issue efficiently when contacted. Despite these hiccups, the overall experience was pleasant. Here's a breakdown of the key points: Positives: Generally positive experience. Rooms were almost ready before Zuhur prayer and they checked us earlier before the actual timing. Negatives: Cleanliness and amenities could be improved (especially the non-functional hot plate). Booking issues arose as we booked two rooms but only one room was appearing when we reached there, but resolved promptly by contacting trip.com.

Very nice hotel, good location. And all staff are really helpful. Breakfast also awsome there are many food local and international. Very recommended hotel if you want to perform umrah since its very close to haram you can just walk down the hotel to haram within 5 minutes only.

The location is amazing. We were overall satisfied but had better experiences with the same hotel in previous trips. They need to focus on managing the newly opened towers and provide better care to the porter service＞ I have to say that their breakfast content and service is the best.

Service and staff very good. Furniture, carpets and overall condition of hotel require a redo. Lamp damage, sink damage. Challenging and Confusing room and parking lifts. SAR250 parking fee per night.

The service, though not exceptional, was reliable, and the housekeeping staff ensured that the rooms were well-maintained throughout my stay. One of the standout aspects is the surrounding area. There are several amazing hotels nearby that offer a variety of dining and shopping options, which added a great deal of convenience during my stay. The proximity to these amenities definitely made it easier to find good restaurants and places to explore. However, the one challenge I encountered was the location of the hotel itself. It was a bit difficult to find, especially for first-time visitors, as it’s tucked away from the main roads. Even with GPS, I found it a little confusing to navigate, so I recommend planning your route in advance. From Hotel to Masjid-Al-Haram it’s 7min walk, which is worth it. However, if you are extremely tired from walking then it’s bit tough. Hotel doesn’t provide shuttle and the taxi is bit expensive. Despite the minor location issue, Worth Elite Hotel offers a comfortable stay with helpful staff and great options nearby, making it a solid choice for travelers to Makkah.

Truly 5 star services. We had an amazing stay. Room was spacious and could view Masjid Al Haram. Breakfast was also excellent. If you ever stay here, please make sure you look for Mahmoud Saleh at the restaurant, he made our experience during the breakfasts worthwhile
