Makkah Al Aziziyah 5-star Hotels

The hotel offers excellent 5-star facilities and a pleasant ambiance. The front desk staff is very cooperative and welcoming. I was able to check in about 6 hours early without any issues. The hotel is clean, and the rooms come equipped with a locker, weighing scale, and TV. The gym and swimming pool are top-notch, and the breakfast buffet is outstanding with a wide variety of options. I’ve stayed here twice within a year. Previously, they provided a shuttle service to Ajiyad Road, which was very close to Haram. This time, however, they use larger buses that drop off at the back of the Ajiyad bus station, increasing the distance to about 500-600 meters from Haram. There are only two large buses, and they leave as soon as they are full, not strictly following the schedule. I ended up taking a taxi for 10 riyals multiple times. Despite this, I highly recommend the hotel for its excellent facilities. Additionally, Albaik is conveniently located just across the road.

This was not my first time at Address Jabal Omar, and it certainly won’t be my last! The service remains outstanding, just like the warm welcome and the delicious breakfast. The staff is incredibly attentive, making you feel truly special. One of the best features is the direct access to the Haram via an elevator that takes you to C1, from where it’s just a 3-minute walk. Otherwise, the hotel also offers complimentary shuttle services for added convenience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional hospitality in Makkah!

The Emaar Andalusia Hotel in Makkah offers a convenient location for Umrah, situated approximately 800 meters from Masjidil Haram. The surrounding area is vibrant, with a plethora of shops, food stores, and gift shops, catering to the diverse needs of visitors. During Ramadan, the hotel's road access restricted to one hour before and after prayers. The hotel itself is well-maintained, exhibiting cleanliness, and the staff are commendably friendly and helpful.

Staying here during ramadhan was a perfect place MaasyaaAllah. Private lift from jabal omar mall and directly to our room. Female prayer room is next to the restaurant. We prayed magrib at hotel prayer room, and break the iftar in the resto next to prayer room. Because the location and its fast services.. we still able to catch Isya prayer inside masjidil haram. The hotel location is nearby haram main gate and also good access of we want to haram new extension.

Overall a good stay for the price. Pros: Location and staff were fantastic. Very helpful and good customer service. Room service guys were always ready to help and extremely friendly. Cons: management plz take note that you have excellent staff already in place. Please update rooms /especially bathrooms because the shower cubicles are tiny and cause water to cover the bathroom floor, and they are a little dated. A makeover will take this place easily to a 4 star hotel. Conclusion: A comfortable stay and worth the money i paid.

Came in October. Arrived earlier than check in time and didn't have to wait long to get a room - just what you need after a long journey. WiFi in foyer is good, but slow in the room. It's about 10 mins to Haram, but bear in mind you still need to walk to Ka'bah after that and it may be hot and you may not be alone. Besides that, staff was friendly, it was clean and the price was value for money. I would definitely recommend it for solo travellers or friends.

The location is quite good. The rooms are ok. The only complain is the bathroom. It is very small and the shower area is very congested. After you take shower water is floating everywhere in the bathroom floor as the water does not drain out quickly. After one person takes shower than the next person would find it really uncomfortable to shower next We complained about it and then room was changed only to find out that is same for other rooms as well.

The breakfast theme was thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate. Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience. Raffles Makkah Palace sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. With its outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and exceptional team, it made our stay unforgettable.
