I had the pleasure of staying at Violet Hotel in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and I wanted to share my experience with everyone considering a trip to this holy city. First, the location is absolutely fantastic. The hotel is situated just a short distance from the Haram, making it incredibly convenient for performing prayers and attending religious duties. The view from my room offered a beautiful sight of the surroundings, providing a serene feel which added to my spiritual journey. The staff at Violet Hotel deserve special mention. From the moment I checked in, they were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The concierge service was particularly helpful in assisting me with local transportation and offering advice on places to visit. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I appreciated the modern amenities like free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and a fully-stocked minibar. The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to get some much-needed rest after long days of prayers and exploration. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, ensuring the room was spotless each day. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, from local Saudi dishes to international fare, all prepared with fresh ingredients. I also dined at the in-house restaurant for dinner a couple of times, and the meals were absolutely delightful. In terms of facilities, the Violet Hotel offers several amenities that enhance the guest experience. There is a well-equipped fitness center, which I found extremely beneficial to keep up with my exercise routine. The business center also came in handy as I needed to catch up on some work during my stay. Overall, my experience at Violet Hotel was exceptional. Whether you are visiting Makkah for a spiritual pilgrimage or just to explore the city, I highly recommend staying here. The combination of its prime location, excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and fantastic dining options make it a great choice for any traveler.

Excellent experience staying here. Lovely hotel with nice amenities and a full service staff. Great room, we had a city view that was better than expected. Nice variety of dining options. Very helpful concierge who helped us go on a neighborhood walk,  it really felt like a home away from home, I’m fully happy and satisfied with everything. A big Thank you.

The check-in process was smooth and quick, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The hotel is quite good, but it is far from mekkah.need to use shuttle bus service and it is so bad and crowded when peak season. If want to go by taxi is also hard because lot of road were block by police and the only way to mekkah is by using that crowded shuttle bas. Normally that bus also will drop u far from hotel and need to walk far from there. Not recommended if u bring your parents. For the room is fine and comfortable but the aircond not that cool and the drainage sometime is clog.

Clean and sanitary, easy to purchase daily necessities.

The shuttle bus stop is close by, open 24 hours a day, and a free bus runs there every 2 minutes. Fast Wi-Fi, good water, spacious rooms, a large refrigerator, kettle, microwave, and cool air conditioning. The location is also on a flat road. A budget hotel with plenty of amenities.

Great for a 3 star hotel, it is quite comfortable, but the location is far from the Grand Mosque.
