One of the worst places I have ever seen. The number of elevators is not proportional to the size of the hotel. Therefore, the elevators are crowded all the time and you have to wait a long time every time you want to go up or down. There are no wheelchairs for the elderly available in the hotel. The laundry and ironing prices are expensive and literally the clothes come back almost unironed. The Wi-Fi almost does not work. The room standard is worse than anyone can imagine. CAN NOT BE RECOMMENDED!!!

Good enough, very nice to stay close to mecca, taxi available 24 by 7 and take 6 7 mins to reach mecca.. overall experience was good.. and surely recommend to stay and relax food restaurant is available near by and could get parcel to hotel from outside

It is one of the worst hotel to stay .We stayed there for 4 nights,people smoke at the back.The receptionists don’t speak English.There is no hot water as I suffered from arthritis we reported it nothing was done till we left.The breakfast is absolutely not recommended,lack of choice,I even asked for milk the staff just ignored me.The staff shout along the corridor at night.The rooms are not well eequipped and cleaned.

An extremely bad experience. I have stayed with my friends in this hotel for 1 night & it was the worst experience we had ever. Starting by the reception staff who need to learn how to deal with the guests and to have proper customer service talent. They are totally rude & inefficient. Then to the shuttle buses which is totally inefficient & most of the time we had to wait for more than 45 minutes for the buses to come at Haram to return us back to the hotel and then we took a taxi cause they didn't come. The room is dirty, the kettle that was in the room has a very bad smell and dirty water on it.

No Wi-Fi. Late night hoovering. Workers shout through the corridors late at night. Front desk don’t speak English and not helpful. Lots of young kids running the place. Really poorly satisfied. Not what I expected at all and the description is also false
