Its the is the worst hotel I stayed at in 40 years of life. The hotel is no longer called Grand Makkah and it's not even 1 star, we had cockroaches in our rooms, sewages from toilet and shower, furniture broken. The hotel is in a very bad state and not even considered as 1* as its literally falling apart and room conditions and services are extremely bad, beddings were not changed and rooms were not serviced even once in 10 days, we had to fight for even toilet paper, not 5* service!

The was confortable and that's it ,we stayed firt from 6 to 9 january romm 1809A , no towels , no hot water , no cleaning . And the second stay from 12 to 16 january room 1722A , no towels no cleaning. The staff was not helpfull , The location is about 12 min walk from the hotel to the marwa gate . It's not easy for old people.

Service 0/10 Breakfast 1/10 Cleanliness 0/10 Dirty Dirty Dirty!!! The only positiv point is the proximity to Haram…(15 minutes by foot). I would never join this hotel again. Room-Service not daily, you habe to beg for it

Harika bir yer temiz düzenli kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği harika çok çeşitli salatalar ekmek çeşitleri tap taze tatlılar her gün ayrı ayrı yemekleri doyurucu dışardan su Bile içmedik personel Güler yüzlü yardım sever 12 tane asansör var beklemeden odalarımıza cıkıyorduk mescidi tertemiz namazlarımızı cemaatle kıldık kabeye gitmedigimizde kabeye yürüme mesafesi 15 dakika gece gündüz güvenli çok rahat ettik ümrelerimizi ibadetlerimizi rahat yaptık herkese önerim 10 numara 5 yıldız

2eme fois dans cet hôtel. L'avantage majeur est sa proximité avec la mosquée. Il suffit de marcher une dizaine de minutes pour y être. L'hôtel possède un parking mais il faudra compter 25€ / jour contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur la description TripAdvisor qui l'indique comme "gratuit". La chambre pour 3 est suffisamment grande et possède le confort minimum. Le petit déjeuner est basique mais correcte. L'hôtel est loin d'être luxueux mais etant donné qu'on reste peu dans la chambre celui là nous convenait parfaitement.
