Asla kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum. Yemekleri aç kalmamak İÇİN yedim. 3 çeşit, bir birinden kötü menü var dönüşümlü olarak geliyor. Ne patates ne nede et Ve diğer yemekler resmen yarı pişmiş geliyor. Oda hizmeti sıfır. Sözde 5 yıldızlı otel, girerken ve çıkarken valizleri kendiniz taşıyorsunuz, eğer personel taşırsa açıktan para istiyor. Konum olarak baya uzak sayılır. Kabeye yaklaşık 900 metre, tek iyi tarafı odaları fena değil ve asansörler iyi çalışıyor. Bir daha nasip olurda umreye gelirsem asla bu otel olmaz gelmekten vaz geçerim.

15 Gün kaldım. Ağustos 2024 İzlenimlerim. Olumsuz Yönleri: Odalar gürültülü, Çamaşır Yıkamak için yer yok ,Çamaşır Yıkatmak ücretli ve pahalı ... Yemekler Türk Damak tadına uygun değil, Mezeler bazen bayat, Odalar kirli, banyo suyu soğuk, kat görevlileri, oda hizmeti sorumsuz ve sorunlu... Olumlu, Güzel Yönleri: otel kabeye çok yakın her vakit namaza kabeye gidebiliyorsun, Umre için ulaşım çok kolay, Yemekler Açık büfe, Lobi çalışanları çözüm odaklı ,***retli..Kendilerine teşekkür ediyorum. Tekrar gider miyim. Kabeye daha yakın bir otel Alternatifi varsa gitmem. Yoksa giderim.

The housekeeping team were efficient, thorough, and ensured that my room was kept in pristine condition throughout my stay. However, I was disappointed with the restaurant service. The dishes lacked flavor and creativity, and I found the overall dining experience to be below expectations. Additionally, I encountered challenges with the service staff, who seemed disengaged and unresponsive to customer needs.

The hotel was very good. Our room was large and well equipped. There was a mini fridge, kettle, mugs, tea, sugar. There was a big desk and a wardrobe with a safe. There was a prayer mat with a Quran on one of the shelves . The air conditioner worked well. Bathroom had towels, toilet rolls. The cleaners didn’t come every day but you could ring them and they would come and change your beds, bin and restock on everything. The two cleaners were very nice , they gave us extra mugs.sugar and whatever we needed. The only two things I would point out is 1) no microwave and 2) The hotel is a little bit of a walk to Masjid Al Haram. Coming back is a bit of a struggle because it’s on a steep hill. So a bit difficult for children and old people. Apart from that it was all great

Cleanliness not great, not reserved for a long period. Very very dirty bathroom!! old room with broken furniture. A very Bad journey to go to the mosque very complicated in an uphill experience. air conditioning with unbearable noise especially at night.

We had an 11-day Umrah stay. The hotel is listed as five star. But five stars depending on where and what. The food and breakfast smell quite bad and are definitely inedible. The hotel is within walking distance of the Kaaba, but it is tiring and difficult to reach due to the rampart.
