Palestine Hotel Makkah

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positive aspects, the experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The food was definitely a standout, with delicious options that were well-prepared and satisfying. I really enjoyed the variety offered and the overall quality, making meals one of the better parts of the stay. The room was decent, but nothing extraordinary. It was comfortable enough for a short stay, with clean amenities and a generally pleasant atmosphere. However, the decor felt a bit dated, and I didn’t find it to be as luxurious or cozy as I had hoped. The biggest downside was the price – it felt quite high for what was offered. While the food and room were fine, I expected a little more in terms of value for the cost. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for something decent, but considering the price, it might not be the best option for everyone. I’d rate my experience a 3/5.

Nice and attractive

I can’t breathe in these rooms, dusty, no air circulation, just very stuffy and my bed sheet had a big yellow stain on it?? There’s no cleaning everyday, bathroom is very dirty the tap is rusty and dirty.. shower head shoots like a jet very uncomfortable I legit showered once or twice in the five days I was here. I will say the dining experience was good, good food and good service, but the dining tables were quite dirty.. Maybe because we are on the older floors we had this experience and the newer floors and rooms are better? Don’t stay on floor 4 lol. But it is pretty average and liveable in for a couple of days I guess but I wouldn’t come back unless it’s a newer room. 10 min walk from Masjid al Haram so pretty alright
