Conrad Makkah, Jabal Omar

This is our third stay at the Conrad. It's a superb hotel, well located. The rooms are huge (almost 60m²), with a large bathroom and plenty of amenities. The international breakfast is excellent, and the wait staff are very friendly. The entire hotel team cares about the comfort and well-being of the guests, from the reception to the waiters and the cleaning staff. Such kindness! A big shout-out to Abdourahmane (working at breakfast), whom we enjoy seeing again each time we visit. He's a very kind, cheerful, helpful, and well-mannered young man. He's even become a friend. I couldn't name everyone, but also Sarah, Ahmed, Fatima, the two breakfast managers in navy blue suits (one Afghan and one Pakistani), the young man at reception who was so concerned about providing us with a room we felt comfortable in...) In short, so many wonderful people! The Conrad can be proud of its employees who pamper guests so much that they can't consider staying in any other hotel but the Conrad. If I had just one comment, it would be about the carpets and curtains in the rooms, which should be replaced. Also, prohibit guests from smoking, even in their rooms, or place their trash cans by their doors in the common areas. Some people don't have the values of respect for others... This is, of course, not the hotel's fault. But sometimes it takes a little firmness to achieve perfection... Otherwise, everything is excellent. Finally, if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, spacious hotel, close to the haram and with customer care, BOOK THE CONRAD! 😊

The room is very spacious and luxurious. What I like most is the toilet looks very exclusive and beautiful. Thank you for upgrading my room to a view of the Grand Mosque
